Check-in is at 3 pm, however, the hotel will store any luggage for early arrivals. Should your room be available, you will be provided with keys immediately. Luxurious, excellent facilities and location, fantastic Japanese restaurant on site.
The venue was lovely, the service was amazing, and the food was delicious. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, and everything was well organized. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à InterContinental Muscat. L’hôtel est agréable, bien situé et les chambres sont confortables et propres. Le personnel a été accueillant et disponible pendant tout notre séjour.
Nous avons également apprécié les équipements ainsi que l’ambiance calme et reposante de l’établissement.

After renovation, there are indoor and outdoor door sections .
Mr John Edward was an amazing host .
Both professional and friendly at the same time . Met extra miles to make the experience even better . Additionally Chef Ario’s steak and other cuisines are world class . His steak is one of the best on the country .
Stayed here with my family for 14 days. Loved it very much. Everyone was very nice to us. Service was excellent. Next level. My friend and brother Ashutosh of Tomato Restaurant was always ready to help and serve us. We thank him and his colleagues a lot. Hope we can return next year again.
We dine walk in break fast, it was so good and all staff are very accommodating ( Faisal, Maryam, Shiwani, Veera, Meena, Michelle) and very attentive on our need. I highly recommend the Mussandam restaurant and staff mentioned.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Tomato restaurant. Special thanks to Mr.Ashutosh for taking such great care of us throughout our visit and made our evening memorable. His hospitality was truly amazing, the food was delicious, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Everything exceeded our expectations. Definitely a 5-star experience — highly recommended!

As an IHG Ambassador member, I’ve stayed in many properties over the years, but the team in the Club Lounge here has truly set a new benchmark. Marian was simply outstanding — warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay special. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her personal touch made a real difference to our experience.
Melisa and Ana were equally fantastic, always welcoming us with a smile and ensuring everything ran seamlessly. Their professionalism combined with a relaxed, friendly approach created an atmosphere that felt both luxurious and comfortable.
Dawood and Alyou also deserve special recognition. Their attention to detail, consistency, and genuine care for guests stood out every single day. It’s rare to find a team where every individual performs at such a high level, but together they are exceptional.
