Coming back to my home away from home
Pros:

I did stay in this Hotel many times (more than 100 times) and it feels like coming home, when I check in, people greet me using my name. All staff members are very friendly and supportive. Most of my evenings, when not having dinner out with customers and/or friends I am spending in the Club Lounge answering my mails and will be pampered by the Club Lounge Team Marian, Melissa and Ana Lisa. These ladies do an excellent job there and they are the main reason, why I return to this Hotel again and again.
I do not mention anything about cleanliness, condition of rooms etc. as there is nothing to comment about (and I would not return to such a Hotel if there would be issues)

An Unforgettable Stay and Exceptional Hospitality
Pros:

A warm welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is beautiful, fully air-conditioned, and exceptionally clean. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive, which truly made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel offers several swimming pools, each with its own atmosphere: a pool suitable for children, a swimming pool perfect for doing laps with a deep section, and another more scenic pool that is ideal for relaxing. There are also several padel courts, different spa areas, and very easy access to the beach directly from the pool area.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean.

The food is also excellent, with plenty of choice and very good quality. A very special mention goes to Faysal AL WAHAIBI, who looked after us so attentively during breakfast throughout our stay. Thank you sincerely for your kindness, your availability and, most of all, your wonderful positive energy every morning. It was a real pleasure seeing you at breakfast and having the opportunity to chat with you.

Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful stay, and a very special thank you to Faysal for all the little touches that truly make a difference.

We would be delighted to come back — hopefully see you again soon, InShaAllah.

Just Amazing!
Pros:

I recently visited Trader Vic's Muscat and really enjoyed them. The place is so beautiful and decent. Cocktails are refreshing too.

Chef Sunil recommended new dishes to us -Shrimp Fried Wonton, Chicken Noodles and Szechuan Prawns

Overall All three dishes are delicious and a great addition to the menu. The Shrimp Fried Wonton is a great starter; the Chicken Noodles are comforting, and the Szechuan Prawns are packed with flavor. I would definitely recommend trying them.
