Great hotel and the location was superb. Rooms were nice and facilities were really good. However, pillows were not very

The lobby.

Cons:

The pillows were not very comfortable.
There was no bidet / water spray in the bathroom.
It’s much more hygienic and majority of fine hotels started to install bidets in the bathroom.
