Location, spacious room, very comfortable bed
Not the 5 star experience one would expect
1) our room door on day one were quite dirty with some visible stain
2) mini cafe bar was not refilled with new coffee capsules after previous guests
3) same with bathrobe - when asked the reception desk to bring both, we waited for 20 mins and had to repeat the request
4) you only get one complimentary bottle of water - if you want more water then you are supposed to drink it from the tap in your bathroom or pay for another bottle - maybe the water is clean in Germany although sounds a bit ridiculous as for a 5 star hotel
5) not the most professional and helpful staff at the reception desk
6) the hotel itself is quite old - looks worse in person than on the photos
7) most of the basic hotel rooms have the view on the interior hall - this was obvious from the photos, but not the best solution given privacy and lack of possibility to have some fresh air in your room
8) asked for an invoice after my stay - never got it with correct information on it

Schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und hervorragenden Frühstück. Ganz toll auch die Kinder Ecke zum Spielen für Familien mit Kindern.

Zelfs de TV had standaard chromecast ingebouwd.

The room for classic prove was not upto my satisfaction.
Twin bed was touching the bathroom wall which I am not comfortable with.

Verschrikkelijk ontbijt. Niks werd aangevuld. Konden tot 12 uur ontbijten. Waren om 10.30 uur in ontbijtzaal. Toen werd al niks meer bijgevuld. Echt schandalig voor een 5 sterren hotel. Nooit meer

La moquette parce que j ai une allergie et j ai pas fait attention lors de ma réservation, mais ils ont changer la literie avec une anti-allergique.
Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr schönes Ambiente. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage ist für einen Städtetrip super und das angebundene Parkhaus sind für eine Anreise mit dem PKW optimal. Leckeres Frühstück und schöne Zimmer.
Frühstücksraum etwas klein für den zeitweise hohen Andrang.
Bei der Anreise wurde uns ein Zimmer mit Blick nach außen versprochen, wenn wir erst ab 15 Uhr einchecken, was wir auch gemacht haben. Allerdings haben wir dann trotzdem ein Zimmer mit Blick in die Lobby und direkt gegenüber der Glasaufzüge bekommen, was nicht weiter schlimm, aber schade war, da wir ja extra gewartet haben.
