Location was excellent and the view was lovely.

Cons:

Unfortunately the bed was much too soft and very uncomfortable. The cleaning supplies were miserly - watered down dish washing liquid and only 1 sachet of laundry soap. The carpet and bedding was stained and the iron board was so thin and stained it was unusable. I suspect the cleaning staff need to be paid more so they are more likely to take pride in their work.

Nous avons passer un bon séjour malgré ces quelques petits problèmes .
Pros:

Nous avons aimé la vue sur mer , l'hôtel bien situé , on peut allé sur Broad Beach centre et Pacific fair à pied rapidement .
le deuxième appartement que nous avons du demander était très lumineux et modernisé . Le garage facile d'accès.

Cons:

Le premier appartement qui nous à été donné qui était vieux , lugubre , et pas très propre nous avons due demander à en changer .
les baies vitrées des deux appartements que nous avons eu sont usées et plus hermétique ,le vent passait et elles vibraient avec le vent.
Etre obliger de sortir à l'extérieur du bâtiment pour jeter nos poubelles .
Le bruit extérieur des travaux qui commençait à 6h30 le matin , même le samedi , mais l'hôtel n'y est pour rien.

The shower recess was mouldy, the kitchen was dirty, there was dirty underwear left in a. Closet drawer, the lounge seating was very uncomfortable, the dining chairs seat padding was really bad, the balcony glass sliding door locks were all rusted and unlockable as well as the door rollers were worn out and extremely difficult to open and close
