Cons:

Badezimmer war nicht sauber.
Frühstückspersonal hat mit Handschuhen schmutzige Sachen weggeräumt UND neues Essen aufgefüllt.

Nice hotel near Main Train Station.
Pros:

The staff at the entry was friendly and ready to help.
The breakfast a very good one and it was with quite a lot of choices.
The room and the bath were maintained clean.
The location: hotel is at 5 min of walking to the Tram station.

For sure in the future I will pay a visit again.

Cons:

Sometimes the WiFi stopped working for a short period of time.

Habe schlecht geschlafen, da die Zimmer zu warm waren.

Die zentrale Lage ist gut.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren viel zu warm, bereits Ende Mai! Am Thermostat war die minimale ( !! ) einstellbare Temperatur 20 Grad! Das ist viel zu warm!!!

Very Good Hotel with a Great Staff
Pros:

Very nice hotel with a very friendly, competent and professional staff, which was the best part of staying there. Good location and nice property. The rooms were also very nice, clean with a great bathroom, a safe and a large TV. The beds were adequate as was the AC.
Overall, a fine hotel that we will be happy to return.

Cons:

Definately need to upgrade the pillows, one was small and the other smaller. Just a standard sized medium firm pillow would have been nice. They may actually have other pillows if we asked but we were busy and did not want to spend the time to request different ones if they were available
Although there was a large, fairly new flat screen TV in the room, it didn't have any sound on any channel. We reported it to the gentlemen that was inspecting the rooms as one of the maids was cleaning them. Unfortunately, he could not get it working either and told us it was a technical problem and to go report it to reception.
We did not take the time to do that as we were there on holiday to explore the city and would only have watched it for a brief time before bed, but we thought the staff member should have taken it to the appropriate person. It was really not an issue for us but would have been if we were there for other reasons.

Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr sauber, das Restaurant etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber dennoch sehr gut. Frühstück sehr gut. Zimmer sehr ansprechend sauber und schön. Lage ist wirklich sehr gut 5 Minuten vorm Hauptbahnhof entfernt Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
