Good breakfast and convenient location, but disappointing cleanliness and room facilities.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent and offered a great variety of options. The hotel also had very convenient access to the tram and train.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned regularly, and even when housekeeping was done, it felt very superficial. The floor was not properly mopped and did not feel clean.

The bathroom amenities were very limited and insufficient. There were also not enough towels. For three guests, we were provided with only two medium-sized towels and two small towels.

One of the bed sheets had a hole in it. The pillows and mattress were also uncomfortable. The pillows were very small and so soft that your head would sink into them.

Overall, the hotel did not meet the standards I would expect from a four-star hotel, or even a three-star hotel, particularly in terms of cleanliness and the quality and availability of room amenities.

PERFECT LOCATION, GREAT BREAKFAST, INCONSISTENT SERVICE
Pros:

The location was wonderful! Couldn't have been better, next to the pedestrian area in the old town. The breakfast was beyond expectations.

Cons:

The room was quite small and the air conditioning really didn't work - quite hot! The front desk did provide us with a large fan which helped a lot. The breakfast was really very good. One of the breakfast servers, she was really nice, but the other fellow was quite rude. A French thing? Also, we had a plumbing problem in the bathroom, which cause a flood that went out into the arpte, but when we came back it was fixed and the carpet dried.

Gartenanlage zur Entspannung! Auch zum Frühstücken.

Cons:

Handtücher könnten öfters gewechselt werden, ohne Aufforderung nach 3 Tagen?

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut@
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Zimmer lag zum ruhigen Innenhof, und hatte sehr gute Ausstattung. Auch das Bad war top.

Cons:

Sehr enger Parkraum in der Tiefgarage. ( Wohl nicht zu ändern.)

Pros:

Very good location near Tram station with very easy access to all major attractions in Munich. Shops and restaurants nearby.
Excellent breakfast wuth fresh bakery and fresh food.

Cons:

small room, and not much facilitie, no Gym, no pool, no Sauna, etc....
