Definitely not worth the stars they are talking about
Pros:

Good bedding, dog friendly (10 euros per dog)

Cons:

Totally unkept garden around the property ( trash in the garden, lawn totally outgrown, dirty outside tables..) , very unfriendly receptionist lady.

Hotel is fine, location is not.
Pros:

The hotel itself was fine, clean and tidy. Compact room but that’s what we were expecting.

Cons:

It’s location to what appeared to be an immigrant hotel right next door at the end of a quiet trading estate. There were people sitting on old sofas outside, whizzing up/down on e-scooters, lots of cars appearing and disappearing quickly. It made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe.
We were mostly worried about the security of our motorcycle which could be seen by all the people hanging around.
It’s a shame and not necessarily the fault of the hotel but we felt so uncomfortable we only stayed for a couple of hours and then packed up and left.

Bij Kyriad in Montpellier is er een gratis koffie apparaat bij de ingang.
Jammer dat het er niet is.
Vooral als je zeer vroeg vertrekt,ipv oplos koffie op de kamer.Vind 111 euro voor kamer 2 personen booking.com wel aan de hoge kant.

In plaats van oplos koffie op de kamer.

Bon accueil et confort
Pros:

Accueil très chaleureux et amabilité de l'ensemble des personnels rencontrés.
Confort et calme de la chambre. Sanitaires propres et fonctionnels
Petit déjeuner correct.

Cons:

Parking un peu petit lorsqu'il y a beaucoup de monde dans l'hôtel.

Goed bed, goede airco en goede locatie met parkeerplaats voor als je op doorreis bent.

Chagrijnig personeel. En op de site stond dat het restaurant open was. Maar het was gesloten.
