A price list for the stuff in the mini bar in the room was not provided. I’m not sure if they explained it to me when I was checking in. Lately I was in a hotel which the drinks and snacks in the mini bar were for free, but here I was charged for them when I was checking out.
I liked the fact that it was like being at home in a very calm residential neighborhood of Strasbourg
It is next to le Parc de l’Orangerie where you can easily spot Cigognes and by the canals where it os nice to go for a run

The whole building looked like it was only reopening now.
It felt ok but not very much like a hotel.
The room was ok but the bathroom was oldish and would need a little renovation.
Staff I talked to before my stay was very rude and not helping at all. I was excited to come to this hotel and she managed to make me feel bad about coming to the hotel.
The hotel clearly mentioned that they were not treating Booking.com clients like their direct clients.
Booking.com solved my issue in no time so I could go to the hotel. It is kind of sad for a small hotel like this to treat customers that way.
De kamer was prima
Onbeleefd personeel en veel dingen onduidelijk.
Zo moest er voor het ontbijt betaald worden a €22 pp per dag. Er was weinig keuze bij het ontbijt.
Tijdens de boeking was het ontbijt inbegrepen op locatie uiteindelijk niet.
De borg was een gedoe en uiteindelijk bij het uitchecken moesten we heel veel bijbetalen dit waren nog bijkomende kosten.

Zona tranquillissima e silenziosa, letto comodo. Spa accessibile fino a ora di cena per gli ospiti della struttura. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Hanno il pane senza glutine per la colazione. la zona non è centrale ma in venti minuti di camminata si raggiunge il centro.
Alcuni (piccoli) aspetti che non mi spingono a dare il punteggio massimo: il doccino della doccia della stanza funzionava male e schizzava acqua ovunque; area piscina idromassaggio piuttosto fredda con acqua tiepida e non calda; colazione abbastanza ricca ma con pochissime opzioni senza glutine e senza lattosio.
