Pros:

Huone ja kylpyhuone olivat suuria. Aamiainen tyypillinen hotelli aamiainen. Spa osasto oli yllätykseksemme suuri, useita saunoja ja altaissakin hyvin tilaa. Lisäksi sinne sai erikseen pyyhkeet, joten huoneen pyyhkeitä ei tarvittu siellä

Cons:

Spa menee kiinni klo 21. Se voisi olla pidempääkin auki. Sen lattia on myös märkänä erittäin liukas.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay! The spa area is fantastic, the pool and the wide selection of different saunas were great for relaxation. The breakfast was also excellent, with a huge variety of choices.

Kiva spa- hotelli
Pros:

Hyvä aamiainen. Kivaa yritystä sisustuksellisuudessa. Oli puuta, kiveä ja marmoria. Ikkuna vessaan oli kiva. Spa oli pienuudestaan huolimatta monipuolinen (monet saunat).

Cons:

Span neuvonta puutteellista.

Sijainti mitä parhain ja hotelissa oli kaikki palvelut, erinomainen palvelu. Erittäin runsas ja hyvä aamiainen.

Cons:

Sähköauton latauksesta lähellä , joka on mainittu esittelyssä, ei henkilökunnalla ollut mitään tietoa.

Excellent location, however the room next to the street in the first floor (ground level) and window directly to the pedestrians was not what we expected

Cons:

The bathroom was ageing, no hand shower at all and the big shower in the ceiling had too little pressure for feeling like a rain.

Pros:

Спа очень понравилось. Все бани супер. Басейн супер( гидромасажи в басейне вообще выше похвал) Завтрак для богов. Персонал( особенно девушка на ресепшене) очень приветливый . Очень понравилось ,что мы смогли заселиться не в 16 часов( как положенно) ,а в 14 часа, Огромное спасибо, за возможность отдохнуть в спа басейне в день выезда.

Cons:

Номер не соответствует картинке на букенгу. Очень , очень маленький.Вторая половинка кровати , вообще не комфортно спать- продавленный.

Great location
Pros:

Hotel has an excellent location and is filled with old-world charm. The staff was friendly, we were relaxing on the nice courtyard terrace and access to the spa was included in the room price.

However, our room on the ground floor of the old wing needs an update. There was no air conditioning, but luckily we were able to open the window to get some air. In the bathroom, there was only a rainfall showerhead, and it would have been much better to have a handheld shower option as well. Overall, the hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, but the rooms are due for a renovation.

Pros:

I enjoyed the room and the SPA area. At first it was hard to orient ourselves but later we found our way. I used pedicure which was very formal. But the massage was excellent.

Cons:

The breakfast is in a cellar, no windows.

Olen ollut useamman kerran ja huomioni kiinnittyi siihen että aamupala ei ollut entinen. Hoitoaikoja liian vähän eli niitä ei saanut paikanpäällä. Palohälytys tuli mutta missään vaiheessa henkilökunta ei tullut paikalle ja kertonut tilannetta.
