Nice & relaxing stay. Recommend to anyone new to Providence,
Pros:

Breakfast was good, clean room and location a plus. We were able to find places to eat without any trouble at all.

Cons:

El vale parking, solo un employee deben tener 2 persona al hora de Entrada y salida. Tiene que esta corriendo y el tapon se forma en la calle. Favor mejorar . Gracias.

Good location for reasonable price.
Pros:

Location is perfect for a fair price

Cons:

The air con was terribly loud and didnt let us sleep well. Though when realized that it is that loud when switched off my kids were sleeping, so I haven’t reported right away, just in the morning

Hotel und Lage prima. Personal benötigt Schulungen zum Service.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, alles sehr sauber.

Cons:

Das Personal hat leider überhaupt keinen Servicegedanken:
- wir mussten beim Einchecken als auch beim Auschecken unser Gepäck (3 Koffer, 5 große Taschen, 3 Rucksäcke selber von der Rezeption in den 10. Stock zum Zimmer bringen. Niemand hat gefragt, ob wir Hilfe benötigen.
- beim Auschecken war der Aufzug blockiert, in dem wir und unser Gepäck waren. Ein Mitarbeiter des Hotels hat das gesehen und teilnahmslos zugeschaut, wie wir die Situation klären mussten.

Very nice hotel, we would return.
Pros:

Clean, conveniently located. The pizza place across the street and hot breakfast in the morning were both convenient as well. We had plenty of space in our room for our family. The staff was very friendly & welcoming as well.
Leo checked us in & out and had a smile on his face the whole time.

Cons:

The pillows were really thin. We had to put the couch pillows underneath otherwise it was like we weren’t even sleeping with a pillow. But we made it work, it was not the end of the world. A pool would’ve made it even better too! (In the kids’ opinions of course) but again, not the end of the world. It was still a nice hotel.

Great Location
Pros:

I enjoyed staying at this location. Like all hotels in older downtowns, the rooms were small. The staff was very friendly. I was disappointed that there was no mini-fridge in the room. I also thought the bathroom looked a little tired and worn.
