Very nice hotel, we would return.
Pros:

Clean, conveniently located. The pizza place across the street and hot breakfast in the morning were both convenient as well. We had plenty of space in our room for our family. The staff was very friendly & welcoming as well.
Leo checked us in & out and had a smile on his face the whole time.

Cons:

The pillows were really thin. We had to put the couch pillows underneath otherwise it was like we weren’t even sleeping with a pillow. But we made it work, it was not the end of the world. A pool would’ve made it even better too! (In the kids’ opinions of course) but again, not the end of the world. It was still a nice hotel.

Great Location
Pros:

I enjoyed staying at this location. Like all hotels in older downtowns, the rooms were small. The staff was very friendly. I was disappointed that there was no mini-fridge in the room. I also thought the bathroom looked a little tired and worn.

El personal muy amable, el hotel limpio el desayuno estaba bien y muy bien ubicado.

Cons:

El cuarto muy oscuro , muchas habitaciones dan hacia un parqueadero y esto la hacia aun mas oscura.
Me parece una habitación costosa para lo que era.

Excellent stay!
Pros:

We just returned from our trip and I never rate hotels but felt that I needed to. The staff that was there over several days was outstanding. They went above and beyond at every level. I was so impressed and felt very appreciated during our visit from the manager Maria to our transport driver Jen--just impressive!
