Clean, safe, delightful, and a great place to stay at while we toured the city by walking around!
Pros:

The facility was very clean, the staff were very friendly, and the location felt very safe and was ideal for walking around the city. We especially loved the still-operational mail chutes!

Historic building, accommodating staff, excellent location
Pros:

Very helpful staff members. We arrived very early and were able to leave our luggage there so we could explore the city. We also got an early check in and late check out without extra cost. That was a great perk. Large rooms, comfortable bed in historic building. Good breakfast. Very walkable area and the riverwalk area is very nice. Lots of restaurants nearby. Large mall within a half mile. We ordered at a Pizza place across the street. Highly recommend it. The place also had delicious sandwiches, burgers, and salads. We were able to bring the food to our hotel and eat there at their tables by the lobby.

Cons:

That the window in our room can’t be opened.

Terrific experience!
Pros:

What a fantastic hotel! The staff, room amenities, location and van service combined to make our stay a wonderful experience. The layout of the room made it so easy for us. We used the van service t to go to dinner and return and to go to sight seeing locations. It was punctual, and the van drivers were always very friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we had a positive experience. Such a great service! The breakfasts were great and always refreshed. The breakfast room was in the historic bank lobby and was just beautiful! Thanks to everyone who made it a terrific stay.

Great place to stay in Providence
Pros:

the location was great, close to lots of things and staff are lovely.

Cons:

We had a hard time with the controls for the temperature in our room however we did not ask for help
