El personal muy amable, el hotel limpio el desayuno estaba bien y muy bien ubicado.

Cons:

El cuarto muy oscuro , muchas habitaciones dan hacia un parqueadero y esto la hacia aun mas oscura.
Me parece una habitación costosa para lo que era.

Excellent stay!
Pros:

We just returned from our trip and I never rate hotels but felt that I needed to. The staff that was there over several days was outstanding. They went above and beyond at every level. I was so impressed and felt very appreciated during our visit from the manager Maria to our transport driver Jen--just impressive!

Clean, safe, delightful, and a great place to stay at while we toured the city by walking around!

The facility was very clean, the staff were very friendly, and the location felt very safe and was ideal for walking around the city. We especially loved the still-operational mail chutes!
