Great location. People were very customer-oriented, especially Cesar in the breakfast area!
Elevator was flaky and caused a lot of problems and delays getting up and down to and from the 31st floor.
Clean room and comfortable.
There only are 2 elevadors, sometimes you have to do a line and wait long time

המעליות בניין גבוה עם 2 מעליות בשעות ארוחת הבוקר יש עומס וצריך לפעמים לחכות למעליות אחרות כי הן מגיעות עמוסות

La atención de César, un trabajador del restaurante, definitivamente es lo único bueno y lo mejor de ese hotel.
Reservé con 3 meses de anticipación, me comuniqué una semana antes, un día antes y avisé de mi llegada 1 hora antes y aún así no pudieron tener mi habitación lista a mi llegada. El hotel es básicamente una estafa, sucio, anticuado y austero, estoy de acuerdo que no es El Plaza, no obstante si tienes una máquina de hielos, por lo menos debería funcionar. En pleno Nueva York no tienen un solo empleado en recepción que hable español, increíble. El hotel solo vale por la ubicación, pero mi consejo es que si pueden evitarlo, lo hagan y busque opciones similares, este no vale la pena.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. It’s a very short walking distance from shops, msg, and Times Square.
Just a little hard to navigate with a wheelchair. The elevators would have some issues but were fixed fairly quick and they accommodated to get us from floor to floor.
