Very enjoyable and very clean
Pros:

The staff was excellent! They made us feel very welcomed and appreciated us being there. This was our first time at this hotel, because the previous hotel that we stayed at ( in this area) became very un-enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hampton Inn Battlefield 'at Hilton,' is undermined by the staff, directly affecting accommodations.
Pros:

The location was perfect, which is why I chose this hotel. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety.

Cons:

On Friday, 7/17/2026, I telephoned Hampton Inn, and 'Tiffany' confirmed adjoining rooms on the 4th floor. Upon our 4:15 check-in on 7/18/2026, Tiffany stated this confirmation/reservation was no longer available. No explanation was given. Another room on the same floor was available, but not ready, and per the front desk, they were 'waiting to hear back from housekeeping.' We needed to prepare for a planned event within the hour, and as a result, our family was forced to stay on 2 different floors. This ruined our plans. When we arrived at room 410, I noticed another family was already utilizing the room adjoining 410, that had been confirmed on 7/17 by Tiffany for our stay. I will not be returning

Commencement ceremony at Regent University
Pros:

A perfect breakfast for my entire family and free lodging for my little daughter. The location of the hotel makes it suitable for family outing. Very close to Walmart, Sam club etc

Cons:

Knowing that we booked as a family of 6, the hotel should have given us rooms that are closer to each other.
