Séjour parfait
Pros:

L'hôtel calme est particulièrement bien situé aux pieds du château. Belle chambre avec vue sur les jardins, la cathédrale et les palais. Elle est bien aménagée avec un grand lit très confortable, parfaitement entretenue ainsi que la salle de bains (maints linges de toilette et produits). Double vitrage et climatisation indispensable lors des fortes chaleurs comme en juillet.

Cons:

Il est impossible de vouloir le petit-déjeuner à la dernière minute. Il faut prévenir dés l'arrivée car la salle peut être fermée certains jours. Si c'est servi en chambre, une cafetière avec du vrai café devrait être apportée (le soluble est rédhibitoire). Il devrait être à disposition dans la salle et non servi avec économie .

Great Hotel with Friendly Staff
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent: close to the city center and the main attractions, yet in a very quiet area, making it perfect for a relaxing night’s sleep.

The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. We especially appreciated being allowed a late check-out, which made our departure much more convenient.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay.

Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again if we return to Prague. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Overall the breakfast was good. Our room was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location for sightseeing.
The city didn't disappoint! Lots to see and do.
