A hospitalidade e energia de TODOS os funcionários nos chamou a atenção! Simplesmente impecáveis, acolhedores e receptivos. Nos sentimos extremamente cuidados no dia que saímos do hotel às 5h40 da manhã para um safari e fui pedir para arrumarem umas frutas para meus filhos na viagem - fomos surpreendidos com a equipe montando TODA mesa de café da manhã e disponibilizando embalagens para montarmos uma 'marmita'. Um cuidado e atenção diferenciados! Parabéns!

Cons:

Infelizmente para uma viagem familiar/passeio, a localização do hotel não é das melhores, pois não há nada perto. É necessário utilizar transporte por aplicativo sempre. Mas, ainda assim, é tudo muito perto e o trânsito na cidade flui bastante - sempre 15-30 minutos de distância.
