Не экономьте на отоплении. Даже,если номер будет дороже, то ничего страшного. Посетителям должно быть комфортно и тепло.

Все хорошо.

Cons:

Было очень холодно. Кондинционер не спасает. При его работе невозможно спать . Отопление вообще отключено. Был вынужден отменить последующие бронирования в осенне зимнее время.

Comfortable, small hotel, well located and good breakfast.
Pros:

Room was spacious, and comfortable, although decor was plain. Friendly staff on reception, and good breakfast served. The location was perfect for accessing all the main sights of Kracow with bus stops very close by to the airport. We love to walk and being close to the river was a real bonus

Very attentive staff, great breakfast, and very walk or even bike ride area away from all the noise.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Manager happily replenished our shampoo when running out. The breakfast was very good with eggs, meat, cereal, coffee, bread. Good European breakfast with plenty of variety. They keep the place clean and quiet and nice comfortable beds. Rooms are updated and bright so it's very relaxing to stay here.
This hotel is not on the tram line but a bus over the river worked well. Very frequent service on bus and tram. Great walking paths along the river with great views on a nice day.

Cons:

The rooms do not have mini fridges or a safe for your valuables (Passport). Krakow is certainly a very safe city as we had zero problems going out at night. Given there are more neighborhood grocery stores than restaurants our hotel might want to consider mini fridges only in their rooms. Some nights we preferred to hang out in our room instead of going out. Hence storing leftovers for lunch the next day.

Всичко беше страхотно! Стаята беше голяма и просторна с прекрасна гледка към замъка Вавел. Персоналът беше изключително отзивчив и дружелюбен. В единия от дните трябваше да ставаме в 5 сутринта и нямаше как да отидем на закуска, затова ни приготвиха такава, която да си вземем от рецепцията преди пътуването. Закуската беше феноменална - блок маса, но всичките храни бяха изключително вкусни и разнообразни. Локацията е чудесна - не повече от 10 минути пеша до замъка Вавел, автобусни спирки, денонощен магазин Carrefour наблизо и др. Горещо препоръчвам!
