Pros:

ICEクラクフでの国際会議参加のために宿泊しました。歩いて10分足らずの近さです。中心地から少し離れているせいか、とても静かで落ち着いた環境です。周辺にはコンビニや食事ができるお店もいくつかあり、不便はありませんでした。中庭向きの2階の部屋からはヴァヴェル城の頭が見えました。3階以上であればヴァヴェル城がもう少しよく見えそうです。

Cons:

6泊しましたが、何も言わないとベットシーツを替えてもらえそうになかったので、3泊終了した際にシーツの交換をお願いしました。

Bardzo miła obsługa. Świetna lokalizacja. Pyszne śniadanie.

Cons:

Szkoda że jest tak mało dostępnych miejsc parkingowych.
Hotel mógłby być w trochę lepszym stanie. Kanapa w naszym pokoju śmierdziała. Klimatyzacja bardzo głośno pracowala. Dużo elementów jest podniszczonych.

Pros:

Мы перепутали даты и забронировали отель на день позже. Персонал пошёл нам на встречу и без дополнительной платы изменили бронирование и предоставили 2 чистых и комфортных номера. Благодаря этому отпуск оказался не испорченным и осталось время на изучения города и окрестностей.

The hotel Benefis is a very comfortable establishment. The room was huge, very clean and bright.
The staff deserves a special mention for being welcoming, kind, and helpful. In particular, the girl serving breakfast was always truly welcoming and kind.
The location is really close to the city center, allowing you to walk to all the famous sites of Krakow.

Hotel w spokojnej lokalizacji, gdzie nie słychać hałasu samochodów ani turystycznego zgiełku. Do ICE kilka minut pieszo spokojną ulicą, do centrum spacer przez most. Obok rynek, niedaleko burgerownia, lody kraftowe, sklep spożywczy. Pokój duży, komfortowy, winda, śniadania jak na w sumie nieduży hotel są pyszne: odkryty hit to oscypek co w zębach trzeszczy. Najważniejsze na koniec: to życzliwa obsługa, która nawet porozmawia i pomoże. Polecam i będę wracać.
