la posizione eccezzionale e il campo da golf attaccato. Il personale attento e preparato.
area spa decisamente da rinnovare, come anche il deck della terrazza, sia ristorante che piscina.

La ristorazione per varietà e qualità di menu non in linea con il livello della struttura. L’aria condizionata con temperature troppo basse rispetto all’esterno. L’acqua complementare che viene lasciata solo su richiesta e non spontaneamente come dovrebbe.
Die Zimmer sind einigermaßen okay.
Das Hotel ist leider eine komplette Enttäuschung. Lieblos gestaltet und verwahrlost. Die Pools und die Holzterrasse sind kaputt und über dem Essbereich fliegen und nisten Schwalben. Der Service in den Restaurants ist absolut nicht den Preisen entsprechend, so wie das gesamte Hotel. Viel zu teuer für den aktuell miserablen Zustand! Das Management ist extrem inkulant.

Very disappointing experience for a hotel of this category.
The swimming pool had visible mold around the edges, and we found cat feces in the children’s sandbox two days in a row, which is unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns.
The golf course was also in very poor condition. Apart from the tee boxes and greens, most of the course was completely dry and looked more like straw than grass, making it very difficult to enjoy a proper round of golf.
Finally, after checking out, I realized I had left a pair of shoes in the closet in our room. I contacted the hotel, but they told me the shoes were nowhere to be found. I am certain they were left there, so their disappearance is extremely disappointing and concerning.
Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance and service were far below what we expected from a hotel of this level.

Il posto é meraviglioso accogliente, sofisticato, pulito, i ristoranti ottimi davvero, la colazione eccezionale.
Purtroppo la posizione é davvero difficile se non si è dotati di auto, il personale é cordiale e risolve i problemi, ma ho dovuto combattere per ottenere un transfert visto che quelli della struttura erano occupati per un matrimonio. Un plauso alle ragazze della reception che difronte alla nostra difficoltà si sono prodigate,ma considerando i prezzi di ogni servizio mi sarei aspettata una politica di accoglienza e vicinanza alla clientela differente. Comunque ripeto una bella esperienza, se pur con qualche difficoltà.
