Big family room
Pros:

Ease of check in and check out, no deposit needed since i paid earlier. Hardworking bell boys. Personal Whatsapp to cater our needs. Fast and smooth in-room dining, pricey but suit the portions. Breakfast buffet were a lot of spread and most importantly f&b got halal jakim.

Cons:

Balcony not well maintained with birds droppings. Parking need to pay rm5/day. I am not any vip, not on any company allowance, but cant help noticing the difference in manner and treatment by front desk male staff upon knowing which room rate and how long i will stay, too obvious despite half-cooked damage control.

Decent hotel, big and quiet.
Pros:

I can only have a say with the room considering my short stay. The room was big and spacious, beds were very comfortable and toilet is big & clean.

Every single aspect is PERFECT! I will DEFINITELY repeat and repeat it again.
Pros:

EVERYTHING!! Not my first time here so it says everything about it. I love it so much. One of my favourite hotel. The view, the environment, the staff, the cleanliness and the room everything is perfect. The breakfast is the best! A lot of variety and so delicious. The staff is so professional and polite.

Poor quality and lack attention to detail
Pros:

The location for one night stay before flight was reasonable, but poor experience due to lack of customer care and standards.

Cons:

The shower hot water knob was broken, toilet not clean, slow room service if you request amenities, old towels in use with discolouration and threads falling out.
Reception no care about customer suggestions or maintaining Hilton standards.
Will not be back.

Hôtel proche de l’aéroport et mosquée Putrajaya
Pros:

La réception, le restaurant et les piscines, en bref tous les équipements communs saufs certains couloirs qui étaient très vétustes on passait du bâtiment 1 hyper clean à un couloir vétuste en quelques secondes c’est dommage. Le personnel hyper accueillant et gentil. La literie quant à elle était super, grande chambre.

Cons:

Il y avait pleins de fourmis dans notre chambre ce que je trouve très moyen pour un hôtel 5 étoiles !
