The staff is super, doing all the efforts to bring a warm and pleasant stay for everybody. The hotel is very good. The room is big. The restroom is very big as we don't see it anymore. The restaurant is good too. The breakfast offers everything we need to start a new day with a good meal. The hotel provides tours, but a bit expensive than the regular agencies. The hotel is clean and has many comfortable places for the tourists stay between the tours.
The prices are much high for everything the hotel offers. The room is so dark. It is necessary to change the bulbs immediately.

Very beautiful hotel with clean spaces and rooms. Food is delicious and breakfast spread is huge lol with plenty of options and never boring. Staff are a 6/10, and request took too long though some tried to engage with guests. Smiling is foreign to most staff maybe absent minded but when a child greets you it's kind to answer back. The activities desk is very organised and professional 👌
Excellent Breakfast. Un personnel attentionné et une localisation qui permet de se rendre ds la ville et au centre commercial situé à 800 mètres. Pratique.
Le soir le restaurant est à l'extérieur. Il y a des moustiques. Il fait frais et aucune possibilité de room service.
Les chambres sont vieillottes et des réparations s'imposaient .Le placard était cassé et les rideaux déchirés.
Les transferts st vendus plus chers que ceux proposés par les agences environnantes et hors de prix /taxis.

I can't fault a thing and would definitely recommend this hotel
Some issues upon check in which were raised with the front desk. The manager visited the room where I felt that their initial response was to make excuses for the lack of cleanliness of the room.
Issues were rectified the next day, and the hotel staff could not do enough for us during the rest of our stay. They even made a bespoke traditional breakfast upon request.
The rooms are adequate but the staff definitely made the stay pleasurable.
