Pros:

Die Dame beim Frühstück draußen war sehr nett, auch das Frühstück war gut

Cons:

Es war viel kaputt und auch nicht sauber, es gab keine richtige Dusche, nur in der Badewanne.

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr zentral

Cons:

Leider waren die Zimmer nicht sauber und der Herr an der Rezeption auch sehr unfreundlich. Waren etwas enttäuscht von dem Hotel.

Lage und Parkmöglichkeit in Hotelgarage sind gut.

Cons:

Unser Standard-Doppelzimmer im 3. Stock war zwar von der Größe durchaus ansprechend, aber aus unserer Sicht unvollständig möbliert. So gab es nur einen Stuhl und keine weitere Sitzmöglichkeit (vom Bett abgesehen). Ein Sessel oder ein kleiner Tisch fehlten ebenso.
Bei der Rückfrage an der Rezeption wurde uns keine befriedigende oder überzeugende Erklärung für diesen Mangel gegeben.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Die Fußgängerzone und der Bahnhof sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
Zum Hotel gehört eine Tiefgarage. In der unmittelbaren Nähe (Markt) befindet sich auch eine Tiefgarage mit 2m Durchfahrtshöhe.
Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer mit Dusche in der Badewanne war tadellos sauber, aber sanierungsbedürftig. Insgesamt wirkt die Ausstattung der Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Die Parkmöglichkeit in die Tiefgarage erleichtert das Leben. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Pool und der Sauna bieten Entspannung an. Die Location ist perfekt, nur ein paar Minuten von der Stadt entfernt. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es viel Platz zum Sitzen. Das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis ist gut. Ich empfehle!

Cons:

Der Preis von Frühstück finde ich hoch wenn man nur einen Kaffee trinken und eine Kleinigkeit essen möchte. Eventuell einen kleinen Frühstück mit kleinerem Preis auch anbieten?

Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen.
Pros:

Da wir ein Zimmer zur Straße hatten war es recht unruhig - aber durch die 3-fach Verglasung und einer Klimaanlage , war alles sehr gut!! Die Hotellage ist super - fast Innenstadt.
Ich hatte ein ruhiges Zimmer mit Dusche gewünscht - es war genau das Gegenteil, aber man wollte am nächsten Tag das Zimmer tauschen. Wir haben das nicht gemacht , da wir uns an das Zimmer gewöhnt hatten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Service und dem reichhaltigen Frühstück. Wir werde in Wiesbaden das Hotel wieder buchen.

Cons:

Gibt nichts zu meckern. Wir waren ja hauptsächlich wegen der Lage dort.

Tolle Lage sehr zentral, großzügige Räumlichkeiten, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen, keine Dusche, nur eine Wanne, in die man zum Duschen steigen muss, für ältere oder behinderte Menschen sicher ein Problem. An der Rezeption gibt es auch sehr freundliche Angestellte, wir sind allerdings 2mal sehr ruppig und unterkühlt , dennoch formal in Ordnung bedient worden. Zuwendung und Verständnis ist eben nicht mehr selbstverständlich,da könnte man daran arbeiten.
