Das Hotel hat eine Superlage in Gehdistanz zum Stadtzentrum, verfügt über eine eigene Parkgarage und ist verkehrstechnisch einfach erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind korrekt und sauber. Das Hotel wirkt modern und kühl. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und es gibt die Möglichkeit, zusätzlich zum reichhaltigen Angebot frische Speisen zu bestellen (Omeletten).
Das Personal ist hilfsbereit aber sehr "business-mässig", ich habe die persönliche Note/Wärme vermisst - es ist alles eher "kühl" und korrekt. Das WLAN ist gratis, aber grottenschlecht (war für uns nicht brauchbar). Obwohl das Zimmer schon im voraus bezahlt war, wurde trotzdem noch ein Depot blockiert. Für uns hat das Verhältnis Preis-Leistung nicht gestimmt - es war in unseren Augen zu teuer für den Service, aber halt ein typisches Stadthotel einer grossen Firmenkette (Accor).

Das großzügige Zimmer war ruhig und bot viel Platz. Der Grund für die Buchung: die einstellbare Klimaanlage in dem Zimmer! So etwas unschätzbares, wenn es draußen um die 40° sind.
Das Personal war konstant freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Typisch zakenhotel: weinig franje en niet heel bijzonder maar alles is zoals het hoort. Parkeergarage nogal krap maar wel betaalbaar en onder het hotel - wel zo handig. Prima ontbijt.
Je moet in bad douchen en op zich is dat niet erg, maar het bad is erg smal waardoor je weinig ruimte hebt om te douchen.
I couldn’t check in on the day of June 24 as planned due to the delay of the trains from France to Germany and I had to stay at Strassburg on that night. I sent email to the hotel before 6pm asking if they can cancel my booking on June 24 and start from the next day June 25 but no one answered me. Upon checking-in on June 25, The female staff with black hair (don’t remember her name) at reception is arrogent and When I asked her, she just said that she couldn’t do anything but I should check with booking.com, and she said that given the hotel couldn’t help so they didn’t answer my email! I was shocked by such unprofessional and unfriendly attitude! She thinks it’s the right way not to answer the prospective guest’s email but just charged the room rate. The most terrible thing is that the shower sprinkler in the room was totally dirty and disgusting seemingly was filled by stool. I talked to the manager in the lobby on this and she was very nice and helpful and asked the female staff with black hair to change room for me, and then her attitude was much better and she acted very friendly to me in front of her manager! This is the worst experience of hotel for my travel in all my life. This staff’s working attitude is even not qualified for a 4-star hotel. The facility in this hotel is also not matching with the 4-star. I’ll never stay at the hotel with this branding in the future. Very disappointed!
Klimaanlage im Zimmer, gute Matratzen
Zimmer sehr renovierungsbedürftig, Zimmerausstattung entsprach nicht der Beschreibung bei booking (Sitzecke fehlte, Zimmer mit Sitzecke nur gegen Aufpreis erhalten). Verantwortliche Mitarbeiterin war wenig serviceorientiert, Azubi bei check-in schien überfordert. Auslegware im Zimmer mit Verschmutzungen, Abzug im Bad sehr verstaubt. Einrichtung fast antiquarisch. Zimmer sollen ab November tenoviert werden...
Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was goed. Fijn zwembad voor de kids. Echt een pareltje als doorreis hotel.
Niks, als ik dan toch wat moet zeggen: parkeren voor auto met dakkoffer niet geschikt ivm hoogte 1.90m dus iets verderop in een andere parkeergarage gestaan. Maar dat was voor mij geen probleem.
Die Lage war perfekt. Die Größe des Zimmers und auch die Betten war sehr gut.
Das Badezimmer war klein. Es gab eine Badewanne zum Duschen mit einer undichten Seitenwand, so dass nach dem Duschen das Badezimmer unter Wasser stand. Am Waschbecken fehlte die Seife. Das Frühstück war sehr teuer.
