Top-Lage, aber extremes Qualitätsgefälle beim Barservice: Frühschicht top, Spätschicht katastrophal.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß, gemütlich und sehr ruhig. Die spontane Verlängerung um eine weitere Nacht verlief unkompliziert und ich konnte im selben Zimmer bleiben. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich den Mitarbeiter der Bar am Sonntagvormittag: sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Dieser Service hatte zunächst einen ausgesprochen positiven Eindruck hinterlassen.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nur eingeschränkt. Wirklich enttäuschend war jedoch der Barservice der Spätschicht. Im Außenbereich musste ich für fast jede Bestellung selbst hineingehen, während die beiden Mitarbeiter mehrfach im Restaurantbereich am Smartphone saßen. Später sollte ich sogar an der Bar warten und mein Getränk selbst mit nach draußen nehmen. Als eine Freundin Kamillentee bestellte und ein als „Kräutertee“ beschrifteter Tee kam, fragte ich lediglich nach. Die Reaktion eines Mitarbeiters vor meiner Begleitung und anderen Gästen war zweimal wörtlich: „Mach kein Drama.“ Dabei wurde ich ungefragt geduzt. Der Ton war aus meiner Sicht respektlos und passiv-aggressiv. Später wurde mir zum Rauchen zunächst gesagt, man könne kurz etwas abseits nach draußen gehen. Als ich genau das mit einer weiteren Freundin tat, kam derselbe Mitarbeiter sehr laut und aggressiv auf uns zu und erklärte plötzlich das Gegenteil. Als ich ankündigte, mich beim Vorgesetzten zu beschweren, ging ich Richtung Rezeption. Meine Freundin blieb noch kurz zurück. Unmittelbar danach berichtete sie mir, der Mitarbeiter habe sinngemäß gesagt, wenn ich wolle, könne man „rausgehen und das draußen klären“. Sie verstand dies als Andeutung einer körperlichen Auseinandersetzung und war schockiert. Beim späteren Gespräch wurde mir zusätzlich mitgeteilt, der Mitarbeiter behaupte, ich hätte ihn beleidigt. Diese Darstellung bestreite ich ausdrücklich. Zwei voneinander unabhängige Freundinnen haben wesentliche Teile der Situationen miterlebt und waren beide schockiert. Eine derart respektlose und eskalierende Erfahrung mit Hotelpersonal habe ich auf meinen vielen Reisen bisher nicht erlebt.
