Perfektes Hotel für einen Citytrip
Pros:

Perfekte Lage , wir erhielten als 4 köpfige Familie ein kostenloses Upgrade für eine Suite mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 1 Wohnzimmer . Das hat uns sehr gefreut ;-)

Lage ist fussläufig perfekt zur Altstadt bzw U Bahn .

Pros:

Le personnel est réactif et agréable. Les chambres sont très grandes. dispose d'un parking couvert (payant).

Cons:

Pas de service de chambre si pas demandé. Le canapé lit de mes enfants n'était pas fait à notre arrivée, je m'en suis chargé avec l'explication "on ne sait pas si les clients s'en servent", la réservation a été faite pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Lit et canapé lit très inconfortables.

I thought I was booking a 2 bedroom stay but was met with 1 bedroom and a living room with sofa bed which was very uncomfortable. The lighting in the rooms weren’t great and some of the lamps didn’t work. Some of the plugs didn’t work either. The toilet didn’t work properly when we got there had to get maintenance in to fix the problem we couldn’t use toilet through night had to go to toilets down beside reception. The plates you ate off were paper and cutlery was cardboard/wooden cups were paper too just felt very unprofessional you had to clear your table which I didn’t mind but felt I had to. I wouldn’t rush back to stay there again unless improvements were done which is a shame we paid a lot of money for being disappointed

Convenient, roomy basic accomodation.
Pros:

The location was really convenient to access all areas of the city and close to meeting places for city tours. The staff were helpful and the common areas kept very clean.

Cons:

The room was shabby and musty. There were not convenient electric outlets near the bed. The carpet could do with replacing.

Our stay was comfortable we enjoyed having the breakfast available. It was fairly close to all the main attractions.
Pros:

Large suit style accommodation. Comfortable bed , kitchen was nice. The breakfast was good but very crowded.

Cons:

The air conditioning was loud and difficult to use . The floors were a bit dirty . The kitchen had no glasses or utensils. There was no milk for the coffee and tea . You had to ask for these things.

Pros:

Tenía incluido desayuno, muy bueno. Muy cerca a todos los sitios de interés y al Down Town. Todo se hacía caminando.
