Overall my friends and I enjoyed our stay. In the future if we go back to Montreal we will book the same hotel

Rapport Qualité/Prix : C'est bien !
Pros:

L'emplacement au cœur du Downtown de Montréal.
Le petit déjeuner très riche et des choix variés.
La parking sous-sol très pratique, avec un prix abordable.

Cons:

Pas assez de lumière dans les chambres !
Du tapage au couloir et du click sur la porte répétitifs au milieu de la nuit.

solo la habitación en tamaño pero ya es un hotel muy viejo que necesita urgente renovación . ubicación cercana a casco histórico y barrio de los espectáculos

pasillos con alfombras viejas, personal de recepción ni una palabra en español, no se les cae una sonrisa, no saben lo que es servicio y turismo. El lugar para el desayuno muy pequeño con no mas de 10 o 12 mesas para un hotel con tantas habitaciones. Mobiliario de habitaciones del año de su inauguración..o muy viejas. zona fea en sus alrededores... la calle del costado era un basural de tantas cosas acumuladas ahi (desde colchones hasta lo que te imagines) Caro para lo que ofrecen

Ok location. Needs an overhual to bring it up to a better standard
Pros:

Was easy walking distance to the old town, downtown, and restuarants. Breakfast was included and there is a coin laundry within the hotel to do your laundry which is handy. Staff were friendly.and helpful enough.

Cons:

Room was outdated. Carpet had stains, shower was constantly leaking and there was a film of dust over the dated furniture. Was also a faint smell of smoke obviously from previous guests that must have smoked. While breakfast was provided, it was basic and not much different from day to day and the dining room air circulation was not great so you had the smell of fried hash bowns and bacon on your clothes after finishing. Also, we made the silly mistake of using the laundry in the morning..it is situated right next to the kitchen so all our cleanly washed clothes also ended up with this smell.
