Beware - this property is starting to fall apart and is dirty to boot!
Pros:

This location has gone downhill a lot, even over the course of a year (we also visited in July 2025). Fixtures and common areas were not kept up (e.g. trim around the elevator totally cracked off), rooms were dirty (my nephew spilled water on the floor of the room and when he cleaned it up with a towel, the towel turned brown; there were also random stains on the duvet cover). The shower was out of body wash and we had to ask twice for it to be refilled. When it was finally filled, they used body wash that was rancid - potentially old, or from another room where water had contaminated the body wash and created a microbial issue. We paid $300 USD/night and were shocked at the very poor quality of this property. We will not be going back!

My room was at the end of the last corridor, like a maze. Breakfast staff got a late start or something. Guests trying to make the best of it.

Loved it!
Pros:

Loved the pool, the suites, the breakfasts & the comfy beds.

Cons:

Facility was very clean. However, there is far too much garbage after breakfast. The garbages were always overflowing & it doesn’t feel good to throw everything in the garbage.

Please look into proper compost bins. Most of the items we threw out were compostable anyway. It wouldn’t be hard to add a few bins & reorganize waste disposal.

Please make the effort. It would be a big step forward.

Great all round accommodation
Pros:

Great suite included a self contained kitchen. Free onsite guest laundry & breakfast included. Very good value.

Cons:

We were lucky to have friends who live in Toronto to chauffeur us everywhere so I’m not sure whether getting around would be an issue if you didn’t have a car.
