Not bad but there are better options
Pros:

Good location close to Kigali city centre, nice pool area and good restaurants

Cons:

Outdated rooms, crowded lobby, bothersome hotel entrance, not welcoming staff

Pros:

I could play the piano. that alone cna get me coming back again and again

Cons:

Some strange guests in the lobby, at 11 pm not nice at all. you degrade your status

Pros:

They made my birthday feel truly special, and I really appreciated that. The room service was excellent aswell, the buffalo wings are to die for!
Breakfast was good, though not exceptional. However, the coffee was excellent.

Cons:

The bathroom was never really clean. I left a lip gloss stain on the bathtub to see if it would be cleaned, but it remained there throughout my 5-day stay.

The shower also always felt murky and sticky, and the water took a while to drain. The balcony was quite dirty as well.

Lastly, an important disclaimer I wish I had seen before checking in: "Spa inclusive" refers only to access to the jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. It does not include any of the other spa treatments or services.

Pros:

Service was awesome. The garden is amazing. Big room, comfortable mattress and pillows. Very peasant moquette on the floor.

Cons:

Water drainage in the shower is too slow so that it fills with water. Curtains were not easy to open and close. But these are really small details. Overall it was very good.

Pros:

The breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful.
Gym facilities were very good

Cons:

Our bathroom dd not have any tissues and though we requested replacement box none arrived. We also had to request addtionail soap as there was only one small bar for the two of us.
The telephone cover was also broken by the toilet.
