It could have been a worthwhile stay without the noise interference.
Pros:

The accessibility to Mid Valley Mall. Perfect for a staycation in the city.

Cons:

I had a room with a connecting door -1114. Unfortunately, there was a family with small
kids who checked in next to my room (1113) with the other connecting door. I could not sleep well because the kids kept shouting at the connecting door all night! Front desk, please take note of this to not put family with kids in a room with connecting door because the noise could be heard by the guest in the other room.

The location was the best.
Pros:

Location was really convenient.

Cons:

Some stuff was not friendly. For example, when my key didn't work, one of the stuff came to change batteries of the door. He didn't have any apology and the old buttery was on the floor.

Overall the stay was good, but not perfect.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, a lot of selections to choose. Doorman was great always ready to assist; front deck staff are polite.

Cons:

When i check into the urban king room, tissue paper was not provided, which i need to call to ask for it. The room i stay sound isolation was not so good, as my room 1219 have a divided door, and the noise do travel to my room when next door making a lot of noise, even the divided room was close.

A Trustworthy and Pleasant Hotel
Pros:

The staff at St. Giles are professional and carry out their duties caringly and quickly. I had a WIFII problem which was quickly attended to by the staff in charge. I have been staying at St. Giles each time I return to Malaysia to visit my siblings over the past 10 years.

Cons:

None so far.
