I am extremely disappointed with how my reservation was handled.

I only booked two rooms—one through Trip.com and one through Booking.com. At check-in, I specifically asked the receptionist to confirm how many rooms were under my name because I was concerned about a possible booking issue. She told me there were only two rooms and handed me only two room key cards.

However, after my stay, my credit card statement showed charges for three rooms, and all three rooms now appear as completed in the booking apps. This makes no sense because I only received two room keys, used only two rooms, and was told I had only two reservations.

I cannot understand how a third room was checked in and completed without my knowledge. I am very concerned that my reservation may have been mishandled during check-in. The hotel also did not provide any invoice or documentation showing which rooms were checked in under which booking numbers, making it impossible for me to verify what happened at the time.

I expect the hotel to investigate this matter, explain how a third room was checked in and charged, and resolve the incorrect charge.

Cons:

The receptionist, named Doris or something was very rude when i called to ask about the situation. I have her picture. Very unprofessional

It could have been a worthwhile stay without the noise interference.

The accessibility to Mid Valley Mall. Perfect for a staycation in the city.

Cons:

I had a room with a connecting door -1114. Unfortunately, there was a family with small
kids who checked in next to my room (1113) with the other connecting door. I could not sleep well because the kids kept shouting at the connecting door all night! Front desk, please take note of this to not put family with kids in a room with connecting door because the noise could be heard by the guest in the other room.
