We enjoyed our stay the value and staff exceeded our expectations
Pros:

Location was perfect for our needs. The staff were really nice and helpful.

Cons:

The room we were in was not finished. The bed was shaky and loud. More than 2 pillows is a must.

This property is a slum motel. All the paint on the outside of the building is chipping. It’s in a bad neighborhood. The clientele appeared to be low-in one, homeless and/ or drug addicts that live there. There was debris (old office chairs and trash) all around the outside of the motel. I witnessed a drug transaction in the motel parking lot. The picture of the room on bookings.com looks nothing like the room we looked at. Bookings.com needs to update their information for this property. Wish we took the time to get photos, but I felt so unsafe I left immediately after asking to see a room.

Great location for Sea World. Nice rooms with comfy beds (albeit small pillows) and great black out blinds. Staff lovely. Tea and coffee available in reception each morning as well as in room tea and coffee facilities. Pool is nice and hot tub was a nice bonus

All in all a very price worthy experience, very nice rooms but some minor inconveniences.
Pros:

The room was very nice and better than expected. Everything was provided and the checking in and out was exceptionally easy. The AC worked very well in our room and all utilies were good. We had next to no noise and no major complaints about our stay.

Cons:

The Wifi was not stable enough to be useable, The area felt slightly unsafe however I felt good in the room. There were minor unclean features like around the sink or some of the appliances had built up dust.

Pros:

The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The room was not really clean. The bed had dirty spots on it. The carpet was sticky when walking bare foot. Just basically the room or rooms need updating and cleaned more thoroughly.
