Cons:

Дуже шумно !! О 4 ранку пʼяні кричали під вікнами заводили машини мотоцикли і не зважають на те що в Україні війна !!! Спати було не можливо !!! Виходить що комендантська година не діє !!! Дуже шкода що хтось в ту саму хвилину гине за тих хто веде себе паскудно … молоді хлопці ( інваліди ) ведуть себе просто гидотно !!! Не рекомендую це місце із-за того що ніхто навіть зауваження не робить!!!! Таке відчуття що попала в якийсь бордель а не готель!

Чудовий сніданок і ввічливий персонал

Cons:

Охоронець не дозволив поставити авто на стоянці готелю, хоч місце було вільне, прийшлось паркуватись трохи далі за 100 грн/ніч, а зранку новий охоронець цієї парковки знов вимагав гроші

Pros:

Кому треба тиша, то супер, хоча центр міста поруч.
Дуже привітний персонал, всі питання одразу вирішували.
Шикарний ресторан Roof на даху готелю, ціни кусаються, але вид на місто, супер красиво😊

Cons:

Якісь невідомі плями на килимі, при тому що ми були значно пізніше аніж час початку заселення, могли б і прибрати

Задовільно, як для 4 зірок.
Pros:

Чистота в номері та сам готель.

Cons:

Спіданок був ключений у вартість, але рецепціоніст повідомила, що сніданок не входить, і це за окрему плату. В отелі є СПА - не запропонували. Окремо вигляд на смітник та маргінали зранку номер 410. Чоловік діючий військовий, має статус УБД все за повну плату.
