Pros:

Location was amazing…walking distance from everything. Nice and safe area, with lot of restaurants and coffee shops, as well groceries.

Cons:

Room was smaller than expected, and there was no view from room. Ur facing building and there is no that much sun light during day.

A localização é muito boa e os funcionários são muito simpáticos e solicitos.

Cons:

As toalhas do meu quarto estava sujas quando cheguei. O banheiro não tem box e, por isso, quando se toma banho molha o banheiro todo.

Além disso, o quarto simplesmente não tem luz direito. O interruptor fica só na porta de entrada do quarto e a luz é fraquíssima.

Por fim, a forma de pagamento é muito ruim. Não pude pagar em cartões diferentes, tive que dar uma caução de 100,00 dólares que apenas será estornada dentro de aproximadamente 2 semanas.

Great location with friendly staff
Pros:

Location was great with parking on the next block. Walked from the Navy Pier back to hotel which was easy and along the water way. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a good size with a roomy bathroom.

Great location. In a walk in location from all main points of Chicago’ downtown. Great service. At reception we were met by friendly personnel. Marina explained everything really well. Showed us some available rooms, explained where to park our car - they have a valet parking which is comfortable and reasonable on price. By following her advice on food, ámbar restaurant, right in from of the hotel, Is the best. I can definitely recommend the hotel. By the way you can stay there with your pet. We had lovely conversations and took beautiful photos in the lobby. Valentino was so cute boy)
