Je ferais une piscine Adult Only car les enfants qui jouent font beaucoup de bruit et c'est dommage il faudrait un lieu piscine sauna que pour les adultes car même dans le sauna ou hammam nous entendons les cris MAIS c'est juste pour faire un retour c'est la seule chose à redire et qui n'est pas non plus dérangeante énormément c'est un léger axe d'amélioration

Breakfast wasn’t great . One of the bar people wasn’t happy that we asked for a drink 5 minutes before closing
We found the general hotel very clean, the food was lovely and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Unfortunately we didn't realise that not upgrading to a lake view room would mean we were left with a view of a rusty ventilation system and a dirty window. The room was also not as modern as described on the website. If we would have known this we would of upgraded to the lake view rooms which appear to be the more modern rooms with a nice view.
We didnt love the cleanliness of the room, we had dead flies on the inside of our window sill along with some dirt and grime around our bathtub.The rooms are not very sound proof and unfortunately when the guests across the way would close their door, our door would rattle and make a lot of noise. We also had to keep our bathroom door closed because we could hear the next door guests conversation very clearly even though they weren't talking very loudly.
