Pros:

View from my room on the 4th floor was nice, also very quiet and absolutely 0 disturbances

Cons:

Big blood stain on the corner of the mattress.. not on the sheets but didn't notice it until I was sitting in the corner chair after spending the night in the bed.

Location. Clean. Comfy bed. Breakfast was really good.

Cons:

Not enough parking.
Vacuuming breakfast area before we were done eating. It could have waited 15 minutes till everyone was done.
