Required twin beds but had double and a sofa bed. Ok but no ideal for 2 adults

Dans la chambre familiale, le canapé lit n'est pas confortable . La literie est molle par endroit et très dure à d'autres. Et surtout les pieds sont plus hauts que la tête. Il serait bien de rajouter un surmatelas pour aider au confort.

Amazing customer service and very clean. Stayed at the holiday inn in Birmingham m6 and it was terrible. This express in Bristol Filton sets a high standard.

We were allowed to check in early at no charge.
One of the ladies in charge at breakfast very courteous.
We were allowed a grab & go and she even assisted with providing foil paper on the day we had an event and couldn't stay for breakfast.

No safe and fridge in the rooms.
The elevator was too small even for 5 people so imagine having to commute in it with luggages. It also looked very old.
Not sure if this is an Holiday inn thing but no moisturisers were provided in the bedrooms.
On one of the days, my sis said water stopped running in the bathroom and no apology was given. Just that we are working on getting it done.
Breakfast options were extremely limited. We were served the same thing every single day and it got tiring.

Lighting in the room was poor and not evenly distributed.
We were given room 32. The A/C unit was very loud so we reported to reception and asked to move rooms. We were then placed in room 49, where initially it seemed ok. But wait for the A/C to kick in and it's even louder. By this time we'd unpacked things and had children with us and we felt embarrassed to report again to reception, it was too much of a nuisance, so we had to turn the A/C off and put up with hot room. I'm not able to attach video to demonstrate sadly !
