Lovely accommodation, with good transport links to the city.
Pros:

Accommodation was very clean and comfortable with housekeeping everyday. Breakfast was included in the price of the room which was excellent, offering many choices to include a continental and a hot cooked English menu. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, always available to assist with questions. Transport links to the city of Bristol were within a short walking distance, making the stay and experience, very memorable.. I would happily visit again.

Asked for accessible room. Couldn't have been better. Staff obliging. We arrived just as kitchen about to close but we got a meal. Lady in breakfast room couldn't have been more helpful and cheerful in the morning.

Cons:

Didn't know the area found it difficult to find the hotel. Didn't seem to be signposted and very tall trees surrounding making it difficult to find the entrance.

Comfortable. Breakfast included which was great. Very clean rooms.
Pros:

Rooms well designed. Small table with seating and iron and ironing board were a great extra feature.

Cons:

The only mishap was a fire alarm at 7:00am which turned out to be a false alarm no thanks to hotel staff. Unfortunately No staff member at anytime notified anyone that it was a false alarm. Very poor response to the situation.
