The room was clean, the towels were big and good quality. Very friendly staff.
No hair conditioner.
The hotel, staff, breakfast,and overall were excellent. Had a couple of issues checking in,(all my fault ( which were sorted immediately by reception. The rooms (we had 3), were clean and well equipped. After a good night sleep, we went down for Breakfast, we had a dog with us, and the 2 members of staff on duty went out of their way to seat us . Considering the breakfast is included, you could not fault it.
It wasn't a one off, because we stayed 2 nights and day 2 was equally as good.
Three people stood out, the lady at reception for her patience, and particularly Freya, and Anastasia at Breakfast, for their efficiency, and genuine friendliness.
The place felt quite run-down and super clean to be honest.

The place was clean, and comfortable. Few hiccups checking in, (my fault) but handled brilliantly by the lady on the desk.
Can't fault the hotel, but if I had to , my only complaint would be no Mushrooms at breakfast lol
Convenience and comfort
Hotel easy to find. Comfortable bed, very clean with coffee/tea making facilities.
Rather expensive, though being a Saturday and a Bank Holiday week-end we expected that! We (Mother & son) were given a double bed but had requested twin beds. We found the girl on reception lacking personality, not very welcoming!

The bed was too narrow for 2 people. The room hadn't been dusted and tissues and condiments were not refilled. A safe would have been useful. Breakfast was good.

day 1, the breakfast was not great, most of the food had gone the hash browns were pale and soggy and replacement of empty turines was very slow so not sure what was happening there, day 2 breakfast was great!! hash browns were well cooked tasted good, very filling and service was also very good. different duty manager i have a sneaky suspicion.
Bed was very comfortable and for the 1st time in many years of travel, i actually had a good nights kip
day 1 breakfast could have been a lot better like i said above it seems there was different staff on duty than on saturday morning.
