Cons:

Book.com advertised a built-in swimming pool outdoors. Well that was why I booked here.

Swimming pool had no water in it to swim.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly, and especially, the value was amazing.
Pros:

Great value, clean room, comfortable beds, nice free breakfast, GREAT front desk staff! They were friendly and helpful and were willing to accomodate us. If you're looking for an inexpensive hotel in an area with mostly expensive hotels, this is the place for you.

Cons:

Window of room looked into hall corridor, which was a little weird. Area was a little outside of the city center, with not that many nice restaurants in the area. Not the best place for walking around.

Pros:

Went with my granddaughter to enjoy the pool. Get their and was told the pool isn't open. Will never go back

Very disappointing stay with poor maintenance and no effective resolution. I would not recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The location was convenient, and the front desk staff tried to help, but unfortunately they were unable to resolve the issues during our stay.

Cons:

Our stay was very disappointing, especially considering we paid around $150+ for one night. The air conditioner was not working, making the room very uncomfortable. The bathroom was completely clogged, and when we reported it, we were told that the maintenance person was not available. We then requested a different room, but were informed that no other room was available. We were traveling with children, which made the situation even more difficult. The sink was also clogged, and the room had a very strong unpleasant odor, smelling like smoke and mildew. Overall, the room was not properly maintained, and the hotel did not provide a reasonable solution to these issues.

Pros:

To be honest I really didn't like anything. There was no value for the amount of money you paid. The pool was under construction but I never saw anybody there. The breakfast was minimal. The staff especially one man was sour. The room looked like it was from 1970. Although clean it looked dirty. The couch was so low to the ground I couldn't sit on it because I couldn't get up. No coffee in the room. Refrigerator was off when I got there so there was water all in the refrigerator and on the floor. Towels were rough to say the least.

Cons:

Price hospitality... Food.. quality of the linens... Quality of the couch.. everything was just old, old, old

Accept for that leak. Stay was acceptable, but will not reserve another room there.
Cons:

The leak in my bathroom sink that I reported 3 times and was told I would an 8% discount on my stay (a leak for days for 8%? Cheap!).

Also, never received that discount.

Pros:

How clean the beds are but my bathroom sink was stopped up

Cons:

The bathroom sink was stopped up and when I ordered some products I really needed off doordash I asked for the front desk to pull the camera so I can see when he left my order and he refused too and told me he left it outside my room good thing a man ran into the guy and was able to help me locate my order. Also the breakfast was disgusting the bacon wasnt done and very salty

Location and staff were good.

Cons:

Breakfast mediocre. Bed was very uncomfortable. Bathroom was ok. You couldn't really open the curtains because the hallways were enclosed. It definitely was not worth almost 300.00 dollars a night.

Shower head was short, pool was non functional neither was the hot tub which was disappointing I felt for the price it could have been better. $400 for two days.
