Staff was nice
Walked into our room and it was like being hit with a pack of cigarettes being smoked. It was disgusting. We couldn’t even sleep in there.
Way over priced for the condition. Rooms and lobby had a musty smell. No sheets on pull out sofa bed

The door wasn’t latching properly, the pool was nonexistent
Very friendly and helpful staff. When we did walk into our room there was a very strong Marijuana odor coming from the room next door. The staff was already running an iodized machine in that room and when I alerted the employee at the front desk she immediately sprayed our room and the smell went away. Our A/C wasn't working in the bedroom area but because we had a sweet the staff gave us a fan to run in the living room area to push the cool air into the bedroom and it worked very well. Other than these 2 minor things our stay was wonderful, from the staff to our room, breakfast, easy check in and out. Definitely recommend if you are in the area.

We appreciated the staff manning the lobby desk and the beds at Best Western are always comfortable.
The bathroom floor could have been cleaner, some tiles were damaged along the floor and in the surrounding wall of the tub, the water from the shower tended to spill onto the floor due to the water pressure and size of the shower head for the narrow width of the tub, and the window looked out into the hallway which then had another window to the parking lot. We had a refrigerator but no microwave. The small room with a queen size bed was way overpriced.
The price sounded good and the location was fine.
The size of the room, low toilet seat (I have both knees replaced and it was a struggle getting up from the toilet), cow webs and bugs in the corner of the door as you came in, very dark room - we were assigned room 101 right on the first floor by the back entrance. They started to clean up breakfast at 9.40 am and breakfast should have been served till 10 am.
We have decided we will not be staying as this property anymore. We always told our friends to stay at this property, but we told them not to stay there as it was not a pleasant experience any longer. We have been coming to this property for at least 10-15 years. The pool did not work neither the gym room. Very disappointed with our stay.

Our bed was rock hard and the room smelled smokey.

Dirty. Floors, shower, walls, ceiling everything was filthy.
Very helpful at check in, same person also at check out. Very friendly and answered all questions. I should have remembered her name, but I forgot. Breakfast was also very good and had everything we needed.

Carpet in room was disgusting... bathroom could of been cleaner.... pull out couch was a mess... was not offered any extra pillows or lines for pull out couch...2 towels for 4 people for shower..room needs help...
Breakfast was good but the time should be extended to 10am. Swimming pool was not open nor any signs it was being prepared for opening, so definitely not we expected.
