Price.
Please upgrade hotel. The construction noise was unbearable. I couldn't get any sleep during the day. Only 1 elevator was working
Proximity to local family.
The pool was cold and the towel stand was dirty. No towels were available so I had to go to the front desk to request some.
It was very comfortable.
The pool area wasn't clean and you could tell it's been awhile. I asked for pool towels because none were stocked and you would have thought I ruined the girls day that was working the counter. Ice machine didn't work on our floor and had to use a different floors. Perhaps train the front staff to inform about pricing. I booked for $109 and she charged me $134.

Only one Elevator working.. and has been the case for many years as per couple of people who regularly stay in this hotel...once we had to wait almost 7 mins to get our turn..
Clean, free parking, comfortable bed
Very low toilet in bathroom, limited TV channels, ok but not great breakfast. No restaurants in reasonable walking distance.
Th location was perfect.
The lobby and elevator was filthy. There was only one elevator working. The first room I was put in wasn’t even supposed to be released to a customer bc the AC unit cover was off and the room was filthy. The second room was much better however the entire hotel was not kept up well. The one elevator working seems to be a common theme since someone said the same review on only one elevator working a year ago. Epic fail.
Roo. And beds were amazing.
Our room was wonderful. My nieces room had an issue with the cover of the ac heat unit it was completely off laying on the floor. I tried to ask the cleaning person for tape and I get the impression she didn't speak English. Not a big problem for us but could be for other ppl
Clean, good breakfast, convenient to highway.
The room was always attended to and was clean and very comfortable. The presence of a fridge, microwave and coffee maker was an added touch of comfort and ease. Parking was terrific. Sleeping conditions were great. Bed was very cozy and comfortable. Plenty of storage space for a weeks visit. The staff was professional and concerned and took care of any problems with ease.
The hotel while relatively clean was in need of a refresh on paint, plumbing and carpets. The room doors need to ease close otherwise they slam.
The room was big. The breakfast was good.
The parking lot.
No maid service after the first day& the hotel fan out of towels and sheets. Since we didn’t get maid service after the first night we had no clean towels. When we got back to the room and visited the front desk we were told the facility had no clean towels.

One working elevator, not enough towels, maids stole my toiletry bag. When I called about it they said I didn’t leave it when I know that I did.
