Location
The elevator was not working. We were told this at check in. It was too late to find another hotel as we had an event to attend that evening!!! We had to drag all luggage up 4 flights of stairs and I was getting over a knee injury!!! This of course aggravated it and it ached all night!! Another thing the shower had no water pressure at all!!! We were very disappointed with our stay and was not offered anything for the inconvenience!!!!

Front desk reception not really customer service oriented. Stayed in corner on cellphone out of sight.
The staff was good the location was great
My room looked like it was being worked on. Wires were rolled up in the corner, holes were drilled in the wall. The couch was hard as a rock, a big hole was drilled over top of our bed.
pretty much everything except for elevator breaking down
elevator broke down
the only thing that was just ok that the elevators weren't working when we arrived and we weren't told of this when we reserved but it was ok since the lady at the front desk did asked us if we would like a 2nd floor which I thought was doing her part in assisting us.
Bed were comfortable it was very quiet that we could sleep without problems.

The room was fairly clean. A/C worked well
Facility looks like it's been abandoned by management. Elevator broken, with no one working on it, and it wasn't cordoned off, just a sign at check-in saying it was broken. No one listed as "manager on duty." Baseboards missing from random sections all over the hotel. Wallpaper peeling off lobby wall. Conference room partially dismantled so obviously not being used. Bed very lumpy - had pillow top or foam on it that must be old.
