location good for what we were doing that weekend.
Construction in main lobby was going on so hot in that area. Floor molding in room had fallen down so takes look away from room.
Staff was very responsive.
Pool was out of order, room carpet was wet from condensation, boarder was peeling away from the wall, microwave dish was to large for the microwave and the toliet made horrible noise when it was flushed. Also water pressure in bathroom sink was nonexistent.
Hotel is undergoing renovations. Main entrance and lobby were closed, one of two elevators wasn’t working.

My son visits here regularly and he always has positive things to say. It is in a safe location that is very accessible to the highway and to shopping and other services. My son is able to walk to a bus stop that is not far from the hotel.
It is in a good location for local shopping and food. I booked it because it’s only a 2 hour drive to DC.
There was no TV, I was told cable was out. One of the elevators did not work. The breakfast not opening until 7:00 on the weekend was a huge problem because it was overcrowded and difficult to navigate through the lines and to my seat, especially with a bunch of little kids running around. There was a soccer tournament, the kids and adults were all great, from Canada. Was just overcrowded because everyone wanted to go at 7:00 am.

When I arrived they had given my reservations away and told me all they had to offer was double the price and sleeping arrangements would not work . And the lady working the desk was very rude.
Decent breakfast
No TV on my 4 day stay !!!!!
The bed was comfortable, room was adequate, but a little rundown compared to our last visit, and location fine. Breakfast was adequate for continental.
We were informed upon arrival there was no TV throughout the hotel and asked " is that fine?" Not really, but where else are we going at 5 pm on July 4?
The next morning the maid ran the vacuum cleaner on our hallway while numerous rooms had Do NOT Disturb signs on their doors. She was doing it at our room as I was getting ready to open the door after returning from breakfast. After I glared at her, she turned it off and then turned it back on again before I shut the door. My husband was still trying to sleep!
There was only one elevator working..for a 5 floor hotel.
Our bathroom door didn't shut and toilet seat not tight.
Parking is free but tricky. Most of it on a downhill slope.
The property is rundown compared to our last visit. It needs attention.
My husband is disabled & we were traveling for medical reasons. He's partially paralyzed but the roll in shower was perfect for his needs. The room was clean & comfortable. The breakfast had everything we needed to start the day. The location was easy to find & plenty of shopping & restaurants around.
I like the convenience that the hotel was two local stores as well as to the place I needed to travel to the next day.
I did not like being able to hear some of the other guests when they walked in the hall. I also didn't like that there was only one operational elevator.
