buena pero no disfruté al 100
Pros:

la ubicación si solo permanece uno en el lugar está bien pero en esta ocasión me toco salir a un evento entonces los alrededores no son tan bonitos

Cons:

que a la llegada el baño tenia mal olor y no estaba encendido el aire acondicionado entonces era un poco sofocante el calor dentro de la habitación

El tiempo de espera para preparar los alimentos, muy lentos, fuimos en tarde que no había gente y en la noche que si había gente y muy lentos
Domingo par desayunar full deben dar prioridad a los huésped o tener más opciones , inclusive en el bar de la alberca también tardaban en traer la comida

Si van a tener eventos contraten o prepárense con las personal o temporada alta

Justo está pagando un alto precio de la habitación para que los servicios tarden

Las albercas son limpias, calientas. El lugar es muy, muy bonito y el restaurante rico.

PIDEN HABITACIONES LEJOS DEL SALON DE EVENTO que esta al lado de la hacienda. Tuvimos que cambiar de habitacion a las 1am porque habia mucho mucho ruido. Hubiera sido bonito que la hacienda compense de cualquier forma este problema...

Falta de cuidado en las albercas y ciertos detalles, como que pase por medio de la gente una señora con un carro para llevar a la cocina llevo de chorizos y cortes de res crudos,. No había nadie controlando nada, ni quitando toallas usadas, ni acomodando las sillas. Supuestamente para relajarse pero había albañiles picando una pared. Hab deluxe no tenía frigobar, quedaron en traerlo y nunca volvieron.

Lovely resort. friendly staff
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and attentive. The bed was super comfortable and the air conditioning in the room was efficient and easy to operate. Breakfast was fantastic (all you can eat buffet) and in a wonderful location. The grounds are beautifully kept and pleasant. We tried the sauna, steam and jacuzzi. The sauna was excellent; the steam and jacuzzi a bit lacking in steam and heat with weak jets in the jacuzzi which was a bit disappointing however the environment was very beautiful and the spa staff were excellent. We felt safe and looked after. Would definitely stay again.

Nice property but inconvenient location with no good transportation options.
Pros:

Beautiful property with excellent service. Food and drinks were delicious.

Cons:

Transportation FROM the resort is difficult. Uber will go TO resort but you can’t get an uber FROM resort. Taxis are in terrible shape and not a single one we got in had seatbelts! The resort really should offer a shuttle into Cuernavaca to truly be a good resort. Also, they had a salon but no one to work in it. No nail services at all and this is supposed to be a wedding venue. No bueno.
