Large, comfortable, quiet, very clean room.

Cons:

Not much not to like. Only gripe was the restaurant service, which on all occasions over 4 days, despite friendly staff and excellent food, took an inordinate time to deliver. So dining experiences were marred.

First day or two, room cleaning was not done to the level we were expecting and had to call the cleaning staff to follow up

Old world charm and hospitality in a delightful, wooded setting, and no stairs for us over 70's.
Pros:

This was our last hotel of 6 during a 21 day stay in South Africa - it was easily the best, due to character and charm, very large room, two bathrooms (what a luxury), the spa, both restaurants, the wonderful gardens and the generously sized pool.

Cons:

The internet was not always up to what I expect these days, but this problem applied to every hotel we stayed in, so I guess it is a network problem.
