Le personnel est vraiment au top, spécialement Sylvain au restaurant.. Adorable. L'hôtel est très bien situé au centre ville.
Les finitions des chambres rénovées sont loin de valoir un 4 étoiles. L'assise des toilettes n'est pas bien fixée et fait du bruit quand on est assis dessus, le cache en laiton du mitigeur de la baignoire ne tient pas, la lumière qui signale ne pas déranger ou faire la chambre ne fonctionne pas.. Bref un peu décevant étant donné le prix.
The location and the facility were better than expected.
Additionally, I would like to complain about the quality of service during my stay.
The staff were consistently unhelpful and kept redirecting me from one person to another instead of resolving simple requests. The level of service did not match the price charged by the hotel.
For example:
* At the pool, there were no towels available. When I asked reception, I was told to ask the pool staff. The pool staff then said they were busy and would bring one later. When I offered to take one myself, I was told I was not allowed to enter the area. I eventually received a towel around 40 minutes later.
* During breakfast, I requested tea and only received it after reminding the staff three times.
Overall, the service was disorganized, inattentive, and far below acceptable hospitality standards. Combined with the unexpected additional charge, this created a very disappointing experience.

Unser Zimmer war klein und schlecht aufgeteilt. Renoviert wurde, aber leider sehr schlampig und billig. Parkplätze nicht gut zu erreichen

The new design and the renovated rooms are good value for money, the breakfast is very extensive especially for France , location is great only few min walk to the center, very dog friendly he was allowed at breakfast but not at the pool.
The gym is a 10 min walk and external - so be aware as it’s advertised as having a private gym.

La qualité de l accueil, la deco du hall et du restaurant . Le calme , le choc et la proximité du centre ville .
Les chambres sans balcon qui sont néanmoins très chères je trouve . J ai quand même payé 1100 Euros pour 3 nuits . Je trouve que pour ce prix il pourrait y avoir une terrasse ou un balcon ou alors les payer moins cher . Le petit dej est excellent vraiment , mais ce n est pas donné non plus
