La cama. Grande y cómoda.
El horario de la piscina, que cerraba pronto y había muchos mosquitos.
The perfect location for exploring beautiful Aix. The hotel is beautiful great food. The restaurant in the evening has a lovely menu which we enjoyed on both nights of our stay.
The pool area is perfect area to cool down after site seeing!
The beds are the comfiest we’ve ever slept in.
Overall a beautiful well run hotel which deserves its success.

This was the perfect hotel for exploring Aix - we walked directly into town in about 5 minutes which allowed us to come and go several times during our stay. We loved the pool!! Staff were excellent at addressing our air conditioning in the room which wasn’t working very well. Overall a wonderful experience, I would highly recommend!
Some rooms were not upgraded which we didn’t mind but would be good to know upon booking whether you are getting a renovated room.

Good location, nice decor
Not good value for money. Service very poor or slow (apart from one great professional waitress) Lower than average breakfast and at 30 euros, it’s terrible! Dinner starters were nice but main courses really not nice at all. The bar had the worst service! The pool area is unbearably hot, no one could walk around. Poor access and not very clean water. Rooms were fine. We will not be returning because there is much better out there!
