Great stay. Will come again.
Pros:

Close to Moynihan Train Station . Reasonable decent walking distance to Times Square and theater district. (20 minutes). Beds were super comfy. Free cocktail at check in.lemon water and popcorn available throughout the day. Friendly staff, especially the bar tenders. I do t remember names, but they were super nice.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.

Not the best experience but nice room and view
Pros:

Elevators not working properly which causes waits of over 15 minutes. Late check in because of unmade rooms.
Front desk and room was nice but hotel needs to fix the elevators and have better management. They did comp us drink tickets and give you an amenity value but it all comes with strings so know the details if you want to use them.
On a positive note the room as nice -suite and had an amazing view.

Perfecto para una estancia corta
Pros:

Muy cerca de la parada de metro que te conecta con el aeropuerto en menos de una hora. Muy centrico para poder ir caminando a cualquier parte a 30 minutos andando. Gimnasio muy completo. Bebida de bienvenida y descuento de 10 euros en todas las cenas. Desayuno variado a la carta. Me regalaron el té. Baño muy espacioso. Habitación con todas las facilidades.

Cons:

Eché de menos una nevera en la habitación y algo más de almacenaje. Pero es perfecto para una estancia corta.

On entend beaucoup le bruit dans la rue si on est devant mais en même temps normal vu l emplacement.

Salley is an incredible asset to the IHG Brand. Salley went above and beyond to deliver the greatest customer experience. She welcomed us with a smile and made sure our rooms were perfect. Edward was a great hand with luggage storage. Recommend the VOCO for all visitors.

Great hotel, good value for your money.
Pros:

It was very close to MSG, we were given a room on 24th floor and the view was amazing! Very clean, staff was super helpful, bathroom was surprisingly big for New York City.

Pros:

The location was great, close to the subway and main attraction. The staff was attentive, the room was bigger than expected and clean. I would stay again and will recommend it to friends

Cons:

I would have liked to have a little fridge in the room, just to keep water and food fresh. Also our room wasn't cleaned or made up on two different days

Fue maravillosa! Volería al VOCO sin dudarlo.
Pros:

La ubicación es maravillosa. Las habitaciones son muy buenas, con camas cómodas y limpias. Incluye desayuno bueno, que es una gran elección para estar en NYC por varios días. La atención de los camareros colombianos es maravillosa.

Cons:

Te dicen que puedes tomar agua del filtro "gratis", pero cuando hicimos el check out, la recepcionista nos dijo que había un cargo por ello y por las amenities del hotel. Hay un barista que hace los cocktails (creo que mexicano) cuya atención y actitud es pésima. De resto, nuestra estancia fue maravillosa.
