Excellent location in central Manhattan within easy walk to the subway and just about everywhere else. Easy transfer from JFK via airlink to Jamaica then subway. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast onsite; you order at the counter then they bring it to your table. Nice outside seating area. Very near Penn Station for our ongoing journey. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Thanks to everyone at the Voco for a great start to our trip.

Die Sauberkeit war nicht so schön. Es kam Nachts Wasser aus der Decke im Bad, wurde zwar abgestellt und man hat uns nur die Servicegebühr von 28Dollar erstattet. Da das Hotel ausgebucht war konnte man uns auch kein anderes Zimmer geben.

Infelizmente a região da Timas Square não é mais adequada para se hospedar, muito suja, fedorenta e barulhenta.

The room was not clean and the AC was smelly. The person at the info desk was on her FaceTime and eating bananas. She then left the desk to smoke outside the door. Very unprofessional.
