I love the hotel it’s very clean the workers are very friendly and polite especially the front desk lady
I like that it was not too far from most places, and the beach!
The room I had wasn't as clean as it should have been. I had a king room, and there was hair shedding on the cover & sheets. Hair in the tub and sink as well present. Tub had a nice size rust spot around the tub water spout area.
The cleanliness was horrible! There was mold in the bathroom tub and the floors were dirty and made my white socks look horrible. The blanket cover had blood stains on it and smelled like someone just slept in it. The hallways were trashy and the pool had trash in it and mustard mildew on the pool bottom as the pool water was cloudy. This is the worst Holiday Inn I have encountered as a platinum IHG member. I was embarrassed to bring company there. I'll never go back to this hotel. Phone had dirt and black stringy hair sticking to it.
Location had me feeling a little skeptical but the staff were amazing. The front desk attendants were nice and answered all our questions. The breakfast attendant was fast, friendly, and restocked with efficiency. The rooms were clean and well stocked as well.
Staff was Great, air condition worked good but its fan bearing made loud Noise!
Nice room, decent price, breakfast was better than expected and staff was Super Friendly.

Toilet tissue holders broke the soap dispenser lotion dispenser by the sink is broke mildew on the tub. The lock to the room is broke we saw roaches in our room. The room smells like wet mildew, and it doesn’t smell clean the entrance the floor. The tile is dirty. The hallway is dirty. It just doesn’t smell clean at all in this hotel. The elevator was extremely slow . I added a picture of one of the roaches we saw in our room.
Place seemed dated and smelled a bit funky. Other than that was just a place to spend the night.
How close it is to downtown
Everything was great. The elevator was slow but not complaining about it
Location is good...not far from the interstate highway.
1.Furniture and mattress needs upgrading, at least in our King Suite.
2. Bed pillows too soft to get any restorative sleep/rest.
3. Toe nail or finger nail clippings needs to be removed.
4.Urine residue around the base of our toilet needs to be removed.
5. Strings of hair need to be removed from the base of the tub/shower.
