Hyatt House Hartford North/Windsor

The hotel was very nice & in a great location. The rooms were very spacious & clean & the kitchen was stocked with essentials. The only issue we had were with the breakfast & the TV. Breakfast could definitely use improvement. One of the reasons I booked was due to breakfast being included & we ended up eating elsewhere. Stayed 5 days & the breakfast options never changed. TV's are outdated & not smart TV's, which most hotels have these days. The guide button didnt work & there was no way to know what channels were offered or what shows were playing without scrolling through every channel. The staff were phenomenal! Very accommodating & pleasant.

I’m a self-proclaimed hotel snob, and the Hyatt House Hartford North/Windsor absolutely hit it out of the ballpark! The hotel was extremely clean, the beds were SUPER comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent — honestly, everything exceeded our expectations.

What really stood out, though, was the staff. Yolanda checked us in and was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Patrick, our shuttle driver, was also fantastic and went out of his way to take great care of us. Both of them are outstanding representatives of Hyatt and deserve recognition!

Great staff, spotless rooms, comfortable beds, and an excellent breakfast. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful experience both with the hotel and staff. The hotel was well-maintained, clean, quiet, and the staff were so kind and accommodating.

Jasmine in particular at the front desk went above and beyond during our stay and let us know about the different services that the hotel offered to guests. She was so helpful and nice!

The hotel is in close proximity to the airport and they have a shuttle within a 5 mile radius to take you to wherever you want to go like restaurants, shopping, etc.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who would want to visit!

Location- convenient for early flights out of BDL airport. Free parking and near gas stations for fill ups before rental car return.
Room- very clean and spacious. Comfortable bed and bedding.
In room kitchen- seemingly convenient for a family. Would return to the property. Nice staff.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was complimentary and it was decent enough. I only stayed one night but wish I could have stayed longer.

The space was incredible, clean, with lots of amenities, sink, microwave and a full kitchen. It was extremely quiet!!!!! This Hyatt is a gem!!!

Hyatt House is now my go-to hotel when traveling to CT for work. It is about halfway between Bradley International Airport and Hartford, making it an ideal location for business travelers in CT, but also for families and other folks visiting the state for a while. It has a wide range of room choices, from standard rooms to suites to what I would call very nice small apartments. If you need an extended stay, this is a great place since you have the flexibility of cooking in your own space. The included breakfast is standard hotel buffet fare, with no orders on demand, but the key word here is "included." I don't recommend having dinner here, as the food seems to be microwaved, but there are many good restaurants within the shuttle's range or a quick Uber of you want to further away. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, though sometimes seem a bit empty. They could use an update on the furniture and more color, but I think they are in the process of doing that with minimal impact on guests, since I have had different reactions to the decor in different rooms. My preferred room is a suite with the rotatable huge TV that separates the living/kitchen area from the bedroom.

Safe area, clean, quiet spacious room and friendly staff. I stayed here prior to an early morning flight at Bradley Airport which was less than 15 minutes away. I will stay here again.

A go to when in Hartford. Staff is great and the hotel is generally clean and reliable. I stay here when travelling for business in the area.

Fantastic stopover on a road trip up to Maine! Staff was attentive and friendly, breakfast was delicious, room was spacious and incredibly clean, and workout room, while small, had everything I needed for my exercise routine.

I loved the location. The staff were awesome! The breakfast was delicious and filling. The breakfast crew was very kind, friendly, and polite. The rooms were spacious.The property was very neat and clean. We were within 20 minutes of the major locations we had to go to.
