Solid breakfast. Fruit provided every morning. Coffee was much better than your usual hotel coffee and they didn’t run out.
Not crazy about the omelette type eggs. The scrambled eggs were very good. Just my opinion.

Wonderful pool 5 ft deep so could exercise well. Also great hot jacuzzi. Breakfast was even better with actual plates silverware mugs and glasses. Free parking and close to many good restaurants. I stay here often.
This was a very pleasant surprise as a stopover on a trip through New England. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The room was comfortable and had a kitchenette with full size refrigerator. Pool and hot tub, serviceable workout room (Peloton also if you do that) The grounds are very nice and ample parking in a very nice area. First time at a Hyatt House for this World of Hyatt member and this stay exceeded myexpectations.

Our stay was exceptional. I would give 10 stars if I could. Everything was perfect, from our check-in experience, clean comfortable room, easy access to the airport, delicious breakfast, clean pool, hot tub & exercise equipment, and most of all the amazing staff members. We stayed 3 nights, so we had time to enjoy all the amenities. The hotel was very quiet, so we enjoyed our uninterrupted sleep each night. We will definitely be staying here on all our return visits.
Very disappointing, looks nothing like the pictures and wasn't clean at all. I was completely grossed out. Didn't even eat breakfast because I didn't trust the cleanliness of the kitchen. Our hallway also smelled like pot the evening we checked in.

We booked at last minute so we didn’t know exactly what to expect. We ended up in a huge room. In house bar was a plus as well - long pours from the bartender 👏 as well as very nice convos with fellow travelers. Not sure if travels will take us through Hartford again, but on the possibility they do this is where we’ll be staying.
Easy check in. Hassle free. The room was beautiful. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was perfect! I will always choose Hyatt house.
