When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The property will contact the guest following their reservation.

When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of GBP 25 for 1 dog or GBP 40 for a maximum of 2 dogs, per night, applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance.

Front car park with limited spaces, along with disabled parking, and additional limited parking near the property located on Queens Lane South. Both are operated on a first-come, first-served basis. We can not take reservations for the car park. Local pay and display available on Queens Road, single yellow line in operation until 18:00 (Monday to Friday).

Malmaison Spa is open from Thursday to Sunday and closed from Monday to Wednesday.

The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner rate is inclusive of a choice of 2 Courses from the A La Carte menu up to the value of £50 per person. Inclusions only apply for adults.

Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates, and the charges are as follows: 0-4 years old – Breakfast is Complimentary/ 5- 11 years old – Breakfast is charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over Breakfast is charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.

Please note that extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival; customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges of GBP 30 per night directly with the hotel.

Fab stay
Pros:

The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble despite not arriving till nearly 1am due to travel/roadworks etc.
Bedroom was incredible (upgraded for a mere £25! Money well spent)
Breakfast was out of this world and again nothing was too much trouble

Cons:

Could have had a few more Gluten free options for breakfast

Disappointing compared to previous stays
Pros:

Central location good restaurant

Cons:

Room dingy, shower had black mould round the bottom of the glass and door, radiator filthy and dusty could smell the dust burning when it went on needed a deep clean very noisy nect to stairwell

Close to city centre but was it worth the money?
Pros:

The property is on the west end of the city. Walkable, although a lengthy walk from the city.

Cons:

The cold water tap in my bathroom at the sink was a dribble. I didn’t notice this until next morning. The grout between the floor tiles was badly needing redone. The black furniture was scuffed and quite shabby looking.
