Schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut. Freundliche Mitarbeiter, Zimmer sauber und sehr geräumig.

Cons:

Leider ist der Feueralarm mehrmals in der Nacht abgegangen und es hat Ewig gedauert bis er abgestellt wurde. Das kann aber passieren, war ein bisschen Pech.

Excellent!
Pros:

Balmoral suite is amazing and huge! The restaurant and bar are also top class.

Cons:

An inter-leading door right next to the bed needs LOTS of soundproofing or just closed off. We could hear every word in the adjoining suite and so could they I bet? At this level privacy should be guaranteed.

Amazing rooms, super comfy beds and feels classy.
Pros:

We upgraded one of the rooms to a suite and it was amazing. Huge with a football table, enormous bed and a big bathroom. Definitely worth the extra money and perfect as an 18th birthday surprise.

Always stay here when in Aberdeen but will probably change it up, very expensive to not have temperature control.
Cons:

Room was too hot. A small fan in the room but barely slept as was so uncomfortable due to the heat. Air conditioning system wasn’t working.
