We received a jacuzzi upgrade for my stay that was for my daughter's birthday. It is the only thing she has wanted to do for the past year and being a single parent I struggled to come up with the money to make this happen.
Problem is everything that could have gone wrong went wrong starting with the fact that they decided to charge my payment method at 11:30 a.m. when I wasn't checking in until 4:00 p.m. . It states clearly on the site for booking.com that you're not charged anything till you're at the property paying for your room but it will be held for you.
Basically once I got to the property he saw that the payment method that was run on rightfully earlier that day didn't go through so he requested I had a credit card. They had no business running my card and I explained this to him and he should have fixed things for me. Instead he just waved his hand at me and told me I needed to suddenly come up with a credit card when I was a half hour away from home has I traveled 30 minutes to get to this location. I just wanted the jacuzzi room which was fine, the pool which I found out was under construction and not in order so she could not swim which was her whole entire plan and the information in the room stated that breakfast was until 10:00 a.m. and it ended at 9:00 and we missed it so he was forced to pay out of pocket before this breakfast myself when it should have been done at the hotel as part of my stay. I mean it's what I was promised anyway.
I could not believe in the hospitality business that they had a gentleman as word as that individual who was working on the afternoon to the early evening of September 6th 2026
He was the one that came up with this rule option told me if I didn't like it I had the option to leave making me feel super uncomfortable and knowing I was just disappointing my daughter and every possible way because everything she wanted did not happen and it was supposed to know where on the website.

The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful . Breakfast was wonderful with lots of options including waffles, eggs, toast, yogurt and fruit . it was a good value . The room was very comfortable .

המזרון עשה קצת רעשים מוזרים כשנשכבתי עליו - אבל היה שקט לחלוטין משך כל הלילה ככה שזה לא הפריע לי.
היה חסר לנו סבון גוף בחדר הרחצה - אבל בכללי החדרי רחצה היו נקיים ושמורים היטב.
