Room was amazing. Staff was horrible.

How clean and organized it was

Cons:

Booking.com messed up the payment and the staff was extremely rude about it. I had to bring my boyfriend in to talk to him because he was being so nasty to me but super polite to him for absolutely no reason.

Pros:

its a decent , clean facilty ..nothing major stands out to seperate from being average lodging. the breakfast was decent and what one would expect ..the rooms spacious and up to date however no alarm clock which was annoying because u had to constantly refer to your phone for time updates which for me and not a fan of using a cell phone constantly annoying ..had to keep phone charging and keep going back n forth when a simple alarm clock would have been visible and better

Pleasant but repair maintenance could have a few odd jobs in their future.
Pros:

We enjoyed the smaller pool, and the beds were crazy comfy. We also enjoyed how easy it was to navigate.

Cons:

You guys could use better signage to show the road to get to the hotel, but otherwise no issues. Oh! Actually, ya’ll need to fix the light in the pool that keeps popping out of the wall, thought we were gonna get electrocuted!

This was a comfortable hotel and easy to get to.
Pros:

The breakfast was fine for a day or two. Then we needed other options

Cons:

Very convenient and lower cost that hotels closer to the finger lakes.
