Pleasant but repair maintenance could have a few odd jobs in their future.
Pros:

We enjoyed the smaller pool, and the beds were crazy comfy. We also enjoyed how easy it was to navigate.

Cons:

You guys could use better signage to show the road to get to the hotel, but otherwise no issues. Oh! Actually, ya’ll need to fix the light in the pool that keeps popping out of the wall, thought we were gonna get electrocuted!

This was a comfortable hotel and easy to get to.
Pros:

The breakfast was fine for a day or two. Then we needed other options

Cons:

Very convenient and lower cost that hotels closer to the finger lakes.

Great stay
Pros:

Great place to stay. Front desk people were helpful. Other staff of the hotel were very accommodating. Easy to get places from here too.

Get Real about EV charging!
Pros:

It was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The ONLY reason we booked here was because they advertised EV charging. The rates for charging were $4.99 initial fee and 1.09 per KW. Standard rates are 54 cents initially & 36 cents. Absurd.

It met my expectations.
Pros:

Front desk staff is very friendly. Overall it is a great hotel. Beds are not very comfy. Other than that, ngood experience.

Cons:

The beds. Definitely need new mattresses.

Parking lot is very small!!!

Great staff. Comfortable nights stay.
Pros:

Staff were friendly & attentive. Bed was very comfortable. Good value.

Cons:

Tub didn’t drain water, I had to hold up the catcher so water would drain. The sink also was slow to drain. The bathtub water temperature is opposite of what dial shows ( to get hot, I needed to stay on blue area, & vice versa. Nothing is perfect, but overall I was happy with my stay & would come again.

Besides the shower and room location, we absolutely loved every thing!
Pros:

The room was fantastic. The breakfast was fantastic.

Cons:

For a handicapped room, it was located way too far from the lobby and needs a step in shower with a bench.
