Great staff. Comfortable nights stay.
Pros:

Staff were friendly & attentive. Bed was very comfortable. Good value.

Cons:

Tub didn’t drain water, I had to hold up the catcher so water would drain. The sink also was slow to drain. The bathtub water temperature is opposite of what dial shows ( to get hot, I needed to stay on blue area, & vice versa. Nothing is perfect, but overall I was happy with my stay & would come again.

Besides the shower and room location, we absolutely loved every thing!
Pros:

The room was fantastic. The breakfast was fantastic.

Cons:

For a handicapped room, it was located way too far from the lobby and needs a step in shower with a bench.

Pros:

Horrible experience. The front desk attendant couldn’t find my prepaid reservation so he told me the reservation was therefore cancelled. They wouldn’t refund the money. Rude and unprofessional.

Cons:

Always busy with lots of other guests which are always loud, noisy at all hours, and inconsiderate of others that are staying. I've stayed there at least 4 times and always the same. The staff should politely inform guests to be respectful of others staying and trying to rest.

Overnight Stay.
Pros:

I was disappointed they didn't have a hot tub. I inquired on line and it was wrong. Breakfast was pretty good and staff was very helpful.

All was good.

Cons:

Our only complaint was the bed wasn’t made and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned or towels replenished. You can’t control your cleaning staff.
