Havíamos realizado uma reserva de um quarto familiar para 2 adultos e uma criança em março de 2026 para julho de 2026, porém quando chegamos no hotel não havia o quarto reservado disponível para o primeiro dia, então foi prometido para o dia seguinte, mas no segundo dia também não haveria o quarto disponível e teríamos que aguardar para o terceiro dia, decidimos fazer o checkout e procurar outra acomodação.

the air conditioning had an ongoing noise as if a running extractor . it was not pleasant to sleep . small for 3 persons ., i don’t think thos hôtel can put 3ersoms

Breakfast was very poor, same thing daily and not much variety. Bathroom is really small. Sleeper couch was very uncomfortable. Location was terrible because of the noise level. Entrance and exit of this hotel is poor because there is not enough space, no parking

My stay at Holiday Inn Express in Cape Town was great. No complaints at all. Good value. Staff were great - allowed me to check in early, and leave later. Breakfast was excellent.

صعب الوصول إلى مواقف السيارات والفطور كان اقل من عادي بسيط جدا يكثر قريب من الفندق المشردين
