Excellent
Pros:

My two children and I had a lovely stay. The hotel was conveniently located close to where we needed to be, and the property was clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, but the highlight of our stay was the friendly staff. From the front desk and valet attendant to the restaurant team, everyone was welcoming and helpful, making our stay exceptionally pleasant. We would gladly stay here again.

J'ai l'accueil du personnel. Tous ceux qui travaillent à l'hôtel sont hospitaliers. Les femmes des chambres, les serveuses et consorts. L'hôtel dispose d'une bonne équipe.

The wifi felt like some websites were not allowed. I won't say it was due to location as I did stay at UCT campus for 3 days before moving to your hotel. At the UCT campus, I was able to access all my websites.

Cons:

Very small room no room service. Not in a good area. Came late had to walk in dark streets to look for food.. when I wanted to change hotels receptionist had the nerve to tell me I will pay +- R11000 at the waterfront. So we booked out the next day. Lost R6600. Tried calling booking .com cos Holiday in said I can't request a refund from them.

Wonderful staff make this older CBD Hotel a place that I would recommend .
Pros:

What we liked the most were the wonderful staff, helpful, friendly and always smiling.
The breakfast was very good, we were given an early morning take away breakfast one day as we were leaving early for a safari.

Zentral und günstig
Pros:

Kostengünstig und zentral in Downtown gelegen. Aus Sicherheitsgründen werden aber die Gehsteige gegen 17 Uhr hochgeklappt und es kann dann nurmehr über die Essensbestellung diniert werden, wobei die Bar als Umschlagplatz dient. Freundliche Mitarbeiter, günstige Mittelklasse.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Great location, walking distance from museums, etc. Family room was big enough and the beds luxurious. Safe private parking. Lovely coffee machine availible during breakfast. Friendliest staff that is extremely helpful and kind.

Cons:

As one can expect from a city, it was extremely noisy in the street in the middle of the night with people screaming and fighting. There were plenty of breakfast to choose from, but not that tasty, almost like mass production. Bathroom had a bit of hair in it and the water pressure fluctuated
