The room and the food

Cons:

The smell of cigarettes smoke in our room, when coming in on first day and even on the 2nd day and we don't smoke, it was like someone came and smoke in there and very disturbing

Stay enhanced greatly by a fantastic staff all around
Pros:

Your exceptional staff is your biggest asset!
After 14 hours flight we were greeted at the front desk by Tizma. Her professionalism,knowledge of the area and greater CT , all was so very helpful to us.
We loved the convenience of having garage/valley service
Having an option to refill our bottles on premises was very helpful
Location of the hotel turned out to be very convenient ,with a supermarket across

Cons:

While the breakfast selection was very good, eggs for our stay were cold , and poached
ones were rather hard boiled instead of being soft.

Comfortable and clean

Over all our stay was wonderful, staff were very helpful especially the parking valet service made our stay so much more comfortable! Totally recommend .
