All in one everything was excellent, staff was exceptional - polite and professional, at service all the time, food was excellent in Leonardo restaurant and in hotel restaurant 9/10.

Cons:

Only we didn't like was loud noise in the morning, from AC (I assume) system.

Pros:

The breakfast was very good. It was a little disappointing that in part of the mornings there was no buffet, thus the variety was limited.

Cons:

The gym opens at 8am which is pretty late for people who want to go hiking.

הכל היה מצוין . השירות בקבלה, החדרים , הספא וארוחת הבוקר. העיסוי היה מצוין והבחור בקבלה בספא נתן שירות יוצא דופן .

לשים לב שבאוקטובר אין מה לעשות בבנסקו . רק לשבת בספא במלון . הרכבלים לא עובדים .
