I recently stayed at Ibis Gurgaon and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel offers a great balance of comfort, convenience, and value for money.

The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with all the essential amenities. The bed was comfortable, and housekeeping did a good job of keeping everything neat throughout my stay. The staff was courteous, responsive, and always ready to assist, which made the experience even better. I would especially like to appreciate Simran from the front desk for her warm hospitality and helpful nature—she truly made the stay more welcoming and smooth.

The location is quite convenient, especially for business travelers, with easy access to key areas in Gurgaon. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The breakfast spread was decent, with a variety of options to choose from.

Overall, I would rate my stay 4.5 out of 5. A great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay in Gurgaon. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Execllent breakfast and services... Location also near by the metro.. I get good service by Mr, Balram, mr, Nitin , miss Somit and miss varsha.. And rooms are nice and clean thanks to housekeaping team.

Overall stay was good. The staff were very warm, hospitable, and always ready to help especially to mention Nikhil and the Manager Anushman for their excellent support and service during the stay.

I had breakfast here The food is so delicious and the chef is good at the live counter.

My stay at Ibis Gurgaon was very comfortable and overall very good. The butter chicken was absolutely delicious very authentic, just like the taste you get in Delhi. I really enjoyed the food.

The only small issue I faced was with luggage assistance. I had 6 pieces of luggage, including 3 large ones, and there was no staff available to help take the luggage to the room or bring it down during checkout. When I asked for help, I was informed that it is a self-service system.

I don’t have any complaint about the system because I understand that it cannot be changed for a single guest. However, I would like to give a suggestion: since everything else is already so good, adding a small luggage assistance service would make things even easier and more comfortable for guests.

Other than that, the overall experience was excellent. ⭐
