Pleasant stay, great location
Pros:

We extended our stay before arrival and that was dealt with efficiently. On arrival they offered a room upgrade at half price which I negotiated at a lower rate and well worth the money. Location excellent for the city attractions and transport. Staff pleasant and efficient. Would stay here again if visiting Helsinki

Cons:

I thought the breakfast could have been a little more extensive, didn't try any of the items available at extra cost.

Great location by the old warf

The rooms are a reasonable size with comfortable beds. Our room has a bath tub & a shower in it. The breakfast brunch was very good with a wide variety of foods. The staff at the hotel was extremely nice. One morning due to jet lag we missed making it to the breakfast by a few minutes. The staff arranged for the kitchen to bring up delicious sandwiches, orange juice, smoothies & coffee. It was delicious & so very nice of them. The location is convenient to the sites, restaurant, boat cruise, etc.

Upea hotelli!
Pros:

Tyylikäs, upea ja aivan mielettömän hyvä asiakaspalvelu. Pääsimme kirjautumaan 2 tuntia oikeaa aikaa aiemmin koska huoneemme sattui olemaan valmiina. Olimme tästä aivan todella yllätyneitä koska nykyisin tällaista joustoa on todella harvoin. Aamupala oli myös erinomainen.

The hotel is located in a very central place, the breakfast is nice, bed was huge and comfy, the staff was kind and solved a issue very quickly

A truly lovely and charming hotel, beautifully designed, with a very comfortable bed, an excellent location, and delicious breakfast.

However, in order to fully reflect a true five-star standard, I believe there is still some room for improvement when it comes to attention to finer details. For instance, clearer guidance on how to use the parking lift would be appreciated, as well as thoughtful touches such as a small welcome gift upon check-in or slippers readily available in the room rather than upon request.

These small details would further elevate the overall guest experience.
