This was my first experience with a digital room key. It worked well for the room but was awkward for the elevator because other people were competing for the keypad and I often had my hands full.

A little disappointed this time

Gotta say, for the price I paid last night, it was less than expected. Omelette station wasnt open when I specifically asked if it would be when I checked in. It was awfully loud and I could hear everyone racing back n forth through the halls. Several towels were unusable with soil stains and there was something uncomfortable about the beds this time. I just expected it to be as good if not better than the previous times I’ve stayed.

Pros:

Staff very friendly and professional. Location was perfect - right across the street from Blue Arena. The room was comfortable and clean.

Overall, the room was very comfortable and clean. However, there was a slight cat or pet urine smell, perhaps coming from the carpet.

Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful atrium area. Cooked to order omelet were great.

Cons:

Breakfast choices were limited. The precooked scrambled eggs, hash browns and sausage patties were all lukewarm both days i tried them.

last minute booking, reasonable price and convenient.
Pros:

It is also the place where the conference is occurring, so no need for a car.

Unfortunately the staff was not very welcoming. We came with grandchildren and did not receive a welcoming. All other Embassy Suites we have been to have been much more welcoming.
