Pros:

About 15-20 min walk to the harbour and palace Breakfast was simple but nice, there is what you need. Refill of water was a great surprise.

Cons:

staff was a bit rude. On our last day the staff accused us for not having breakfast included and asked us to pay, although our stay was booked with breakfast included. When they found out that they had made a mistake I was waiting for an apology but no one said a simple sorry. Very disappointing.

Fourth stay but less friendly reception on this this occasion
Pros:

It is normally good value for the location.

Cons:

I have stayed here multiple times and staff was always very friendly. This time, though, the staff at the reception was unusually cold and standoffish. I couldn’t understand why. Did I do something wrong?

El apartamento

Cons:

El personal y la poca empatía nos dieron el apartamento a las 17:00h y querían que lo entregáramos a las 10:00h después de mucho discutir nos compensaron las 3 horas de retraso de entrega
