Great outdoor space
Pros:

I stayed one night, and the staff was super welcoming and helpful. The pool and outdoor space are amazing. Good wifi, you can work on the deck.
I booked a spa on the top floor, which was okay, very quiet and a nice place to relax, especially when the weather allows and after a long day.

Cons:

I would've loved a double bed as requested when I booked, not two singles. But I get that it depends on availability.

Enttäuschend weil wir doch von Melia einen höheren Standard gewohnt waren

Gute Lage ; gutes Angebot an Frühstück und Abendessen

Leider hat unser Aufenthalt die Erwartungen in mehreren Punkten nicht erfüllt.

Die Sauberkeit war nicht zufriedenstellend und ließ insgesamt zu wünschen übrig. Generell wirkt das Hotel deutlich zu klein für die Menge an Gästen, was sich an vielen Stellen bemerkbar macht. Der Pool ist zwar schön angelegt, allerdings gibt es viel zu wenige Liegen mit Sonnenschirmen oder Schattenspendern – einen Platz im Schatten zu bekommen, ist kaum möglich.

Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt sind die sehr langen Wartezeiten bei den Aufzügen. Drei Lifte sind für ein Haus dieser Größe schlicht zu wenig. Besonders ärgerlich: In die Parkgarage fährt nur ein einziger Lift, was die Wartezeiten zusätzlich verschärft.

Das Essensangebot ist von der Auswahl her zwar gut, qualitativ konnte es uns jedoch nicht überzeugen. Insgesamt wirkt das Hotel merklich in die Jahre gekommen – die Möbel sind abgenutzt und die Badezimmer weisen sehr starke Gebrauchsspuren auf.

Aus diesen Gründen können wir das Hotel leider nur eingeschränkt empfehlen. Eine Renovierung sowie eine bessere Abstimmung der Kapazitäten auf die Gästezahl wären dringend nötig.

Good enough for its price
Pros:

We spent 7 days at Melia. Room was nice, comfortable beds, everyday cleaning. Very tasty breakfasts. The location is also very nice, with a private parking garage (24 euros per day).

Cons:

We had one very unpleasant situation. One day we couldn’t leave the garage, because the access was closed for some local competition. Our car was block, and it ruined our plans for that day. It was unexpected case, hotel management didn’t noticed us about the competition. And they didn’t compensate it at all. Just with words “we are sorry”. But it wasn’t enough, frankly speaking. Such crisis cases present the level of the hotel and it’s staff

Hotel jest fajny, położony w idealnej lokalizacji. Ma fajny basen i brodzik. Śniadania są różnorodne i smaczne - chociaż jest parę minusów np mało świeżych owoców, niektóre wyglądają jak rozmrożone (np truskawki). Ogólnie stosunek jakości do ceny jest ok chociaż w pokojach jest kilka niedociągnięć, trochę obdarte drzwi. Personel super i dokładnie sprzątający. Wszyscy mili i uśmiechnięci. Na plus kosmetyki rituals. Piękny widok z okna (na Teide i ocean!).

Tolles Hotel in perfekter Lage
Pros:

Sehr gut geführtes Hotel in toller Lage am Meer. Sehr umfangreiches Frühstück und abwechslungsreiches Abendessen. Die Zimmer mit Meerblick sind toll und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Swimmingpool ist sehr groß und gut gepflegt. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und freundlich.

Cons:

Wenn man ein Mietauto hat, ist es quasi unmöglich einen Parkplatz in der Stadt zu finden. Es gibt Parkplätze in der Hotelgarage, die jedoch nicht so günstig sind.

Cons:

Chambre 1207 très confortable et spacieuse, cependant étant donné proximité immédiate des espaces bien-être situés juste de dessus, la journée beaucoup de bruit de la machinerie bruyante (entre 10 h et 18 h), ainsi que des utilisateurs des appareils.
Plats au restaurant un peu répétitifs pour un 4 étoiles.
