Beautiful pool, great location and helpful staff.
There were some dangerous slippery patches around the pool area (specifically near the bar). Water was cleaned away but returned (seemed to be coming from a drain). I slipped and hurt myself.
Ein exelentes Frühstück, reiche Auswahl mit zusätzlichem Angebot a la Card.
Täglich frisches Wasser auf das Zimmer.

Los ascensores son pocos y están colapsados. El desayuno le faltaba variedad
1 Elevator didn’t work we had to wait so long for it to arrive that we had to go down the stairs few times a day ! 9 floors! Doesn’t make any sense! Also the premium level room views were fantastic but the room especially the bathroom needs renovation!! And the TV has NO channels in English!! Don’t understand that. It was a dissatisfaction

Hotel are Nice food are good but that you have to pay for water during the dinner it’s not normal we were first in hotel where we have pay 4€ per water and if you are with family of 4 it’s much more then it’s not about money but ppl it’s just water

Sea views are incredible from the rooms. One of the people at the front desk was amazing helping us sort out the right room.
Pool bar staff are unbelievably rude. Makes a bad atmosphere around the pool. Pool bar food is unsafe - cooked in a microwave and many items on the menu are inedible. Burger that was microwaved and hot and cold in some sections. Came back the whole plate microwaved hot. Inedible poke bowl. Inedible chewy chicken in club sandwich. Couldn’t even complain directly as the staff were so rude. Overall quite tired hotel need updating. Looks much better in photos. Tiny lifts needed waiting for a very long time. Tiny gym and very hot - unsafely hot to work out in without air con. Breakfast buffet ok, dinner buffet poor. I made staff aware of the issues in pool bar and gym, and they apologised vacantly, didn’t seem to care.
