Parking garage spot difficult to get
- Das Personal war super freundlich
- Der Level Club lohnte sich (zB: verschiedene Getränke inkludiert den ganzen Tag und auch Kleinigkeiten zum Essen)
- Pool hat gute grösse zum schwimmen (25m Länge)
- Wenn man ein Zimmer mit Blick aufs Meer hat ist es schön und hat eine gute Lage
- W-lan im Zimmer 10. OG funktionierte meiste Zeit nicht&Smart TV gar nicht, obwohl wir es 2x bei der Reception gemeldet haben
-Pool scheint nicht gereinigt zu werden,beim schwimmen mit Brille sehr unangenehm viel Schmutz gesehen
- Person am Pool könnte oder sollte dafür sorgen das Poolduschen sauber sind&auch die Tischchen am Pool sauber halten, statt nur Badetücher abzugeben&den ganzen Tag nur da zu sitzen.
- Die Liftanlage war auch sehr fragwürdig langsam, nicht immer waren alle 3 Lifte funktionstüchtig&so hatte man verhältnismässig lange Wartezeiten. Wir liefen somit öfters hoch und runter in 10 OG😅

Camera con vista mare e con 2 balconi visto che era sull’angolo dell’edificio. Buffet molto buono. Lounge a disposizione con tanta scelta di bevande e snack.
Purtroppo il parcheggio gratuito dista a 10 minuti a piedi ma è una passeggiata gradevole.

The location was very central
Although the location was convenient, our overall experience was very disappointing.
Upon arrival, we were forced to park our car more than 25 minutes away from the hotel because their parking facilities were completely full. Nobody had informed us in advance that parking availability could be such a serious issue. During our entire three-day stay, the hotel parking remained full, making every trip around the island unnecessarily stressful and inconvenient.
The room itself was okay, but we experienced several issues.
Out of the three elevators serving a hotel of this size and with this many rooms, one was out of service throughout our stay. As a result, waiting times were often three to four minutes just to get an elevator.
The toilet in our room also did not flush properly, and maintenance had to come and fix it on two separate occasions.
Housekeeping was inconsistent as well: during our three-day stay, our room was simply not serviced at all on one of the days.
Unfortunately, the list of inconveniences we experienced goes beyond these examples. Individually, some of these issues might seem minor, but taken together they made our stay far less comfortable and enjoyable than expected, especially for a hotel carrying the Meliá name.
Without a doubt, this was the worst Meliá property I have stayed at.

De nombreux petits (ou pas) détails négatifs qui impactent l'expérience et le standing attendu d'un tel hôtel : chambre très humide et mal insonorisée, douche capricieuse avec une température de l'eau jamais stable, une seule prise électrique réellement accessible, moquettes sales dans les couloirs. Certains ascenseurs en panne, énormément d'attente pour pouvoir les utiliser (donc passage par les escaliers la plupart du temps, selon l'étage de la chambre, ça pèse). Un prix totalement abusif de 24€/jour pour le parking, mais zéro possibilité (ou presque) de se garer dans le quartier.
