Cons:

We are EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED that money was stolen from our hotel room. This incident completely ruined the final part of our holiday, and instead of enjoying our last evening, we had to spend half the night at the police station filing an official report.

The hotel was not particularly clean from the beginning. After walking barefoot across the floor in the room, our feet were black, and the bathroom had also not been cleaned properly. At first, we were willing to overlook these issues because the hotel has an excellent location and the food was good.

However, after the theft from our room and the way this incident affected our holiday, we DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel !!!

Un hotel en muy buenas condiciones. Es suplemento The Level se merece sin ninguna duda.
La atención fue excelente. Muchísimas gracias en particular a Felipe, Andrea, Xiomara, Ada y el equipo de la cocina en The Level. La atención fue increíble. Muchísimas gracias a Felipe y en particular a Andrea por además de atendernos de modo excepcional, también orientarnos que visitar en esta isla maravillosa. Gracias!

Buen hotel.
Pros:

La ubicación, las instalaciones, la comida.

Cons:

No tenía hueco en el parking, difícil aparcar en la zona. Tuvimos que esperar mucho a que la habitación estuviera preparada, después de las 15:00 horas.

Хороший, чистый номер. Отличный завтрак. Рядом торговый центр и Меркадона.

Cons:

При заселении за 120 евро в сутки нам дали номер на втором этаже с видом на улицу. Я попросил поменять номер на такой же, но с видом на океан. Они отказались сделать это бесплатно, мне пришлось доплатить 50 евро, хотя уровень номера не был повышен. В отеле 4* должны быть тапочки в номерах. Я спросил у девушки на ресепшен про парковку. Она сказала, что по близости бесплатных нет, а в отеле стоит 29 евро за ночь. Нам пришлось заплатить. На следующий день я случайно услышал как парень на ресепшен объяснил гостям, что есть большая бесплатная парковка всего в 15 ти минутах ходьбы. Мы парковались там абсолютно бесплатно все дни. Не все сотрудники отеля честны с гостями.

Ottima posizione (un po' difficile trovare parcheggio in zona ma, vicino alla stadio a circa 2 km di distanza si trova comodamente parcheggio e poi con una passeggiata sul lungomare si raggiunge l'hotel).
Staff molto molto cordiale e disponibile.
Ottima la pulizia.
