Comfortable, clean and spacious but a little noisy.
Pros:

Spacious, secure and clean. Great location. Kitchenette was very useful.

Cons:

Noisy at night - train and sirens. Wifi didnt work in room.

Ansonsten war es dort wirklich perfekt zu fünft und sehr viel Platz
Pros:

Perfekte Lage, riesiges Apartment, hervorragend ausgestattet und blitzsauber. Tolle Betten. Dazu ein außergewöhnlich freundliches Team, das den Aufenthalt rundum angenehm macht. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Cons:

Der Pool war leider stark gechlort und das Wasser zudem ziemlich kalt.

expectations did not match

I liked that the apartment was on a high floor and had a balcony where we had breakfast

Cons:

The photos show a very bright rooms, but in real life it looks grayer because the light bulbs aren't very bright, and the materials(walls, furniture, etc.) aren't quite as "high-quality" (the atmosphere is just a little different from what's in the photos). We booked the apartment based on the photo in "Booking Options," but it turned out there were two photos of the living room, and we got the smaller one, which is okay, but we expected something different. The soundproofing is also poor :) We could hear our neighbors talking in the bedroom. And when they opened the door to their apartment, it sounded like they were entering our apartment, which was especially disturbing at night.

Pros:

Apartment was very big, comfortable beds, extra blankets, extra towels when needed. Good washer and dryer. Nice big balcony. Staff were helpful and always available.
Kitchen had plenty of cups and a dishwasher!!

Cons:

More cooking utensils and pots. More cleaning cloths.

Great location, spacious apartment
Pros:

Good location. Close to World Square and Pitt St mall. Very spacious apartment . Pool and spa are indoors and looked good.
