Great stay
Pros:

There is a nearby Vegan restaurant Kupfert & Kim, close to everything.

Buona posizione a pochi minuti dalla CN Tower. Camera pulita e spaziosa.

Cons:

Albergo molto impersonale. Avendo anche ristorante aperto agli esterni era sempre un viavai di persone e il personale neanche ti salutava all'ingresso. Considerando il prezzo i servizi non mi sono sembrati soddisfacenti. In camera neanche un bollitore né alcun tipo di prodotto di cortesia, solo dispenser.. Tra l'altro mi hanno addebitato due volte il soggiorno bloccandomi la carta di credito per diversi giorni nonostante avessi fatto presente alla receptionist che avevo già pagato (lei sosteneva erroneamente che fosse un preaddebito). Quando li ho contattati mi hanno risposto in un primo momento con molta arroganza sostenendo che fossa colpa mia per aver provato a pagare contactless. Alla fine per fortuna hanno stornato l'importo ma ho dovuto anche perdere del tempo. Mi hanno rimborsato almeno una notte di parcheggio. Inoltre al nostro check out l'auto lasciata al valet non era pronta (avevano preparato un altro veicolo!) nonostante avessimo avvisato per tempo ed abbiamo dovuto aspettare. E considerato che il valet costa 75 cad al giorno non lo trovo concepibile.

Amazing hotel in the perfect location in downtown Toronto.
Pros:

Amazing spacious and well designed rooms. Very friendly staff.

Cons:

No access to the restaurant with the dog, even if pets are allowed in the hotel (Bar was closed). While booking no fees for pets were mentioned but then a rather high prize was mentioned while checking in. There is definitely space to improve concerning the handling with pet companions (that are well trained and behaving).

Très bon séjour , je reviendrai certainement et je recommande vivement cet établissement.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, chambre spacieuse et calme, petit déjeuner très agréable.

Cons:

Il serait souhaitable que le ménage soit effectué tous les jours et ne soit pas réclamé par le client. Le manager a fait un geste commercial et je le remercie.

Ottimo soggiorno nel centro di Toronto
Pros:

Hotel centralissimo (Downtown), vicino alla CN tower. Camere spaziose e molto confortevoli. Letti comodi, macchinetta del caffè in stanza e dispenser di acqua a disposizione al piano. Staff molto gentile. Lo consiglio!

A wonderful modern hotel close to all you’d want to do while in Toronto
Pros:

Wonderful location that was walking distance from so many different things to so and our event. Parking was close and it was very clean and modern.

Ein toller Aufenthalt in Toronto
Pros:

Ein großartiges Hotel in bester Lage. Vieles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt und als Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.
