5 star accommodations, friendliest staff, dining and location!
Pros:

The welcoming staff were awesome, the assisted us in early check-in after driving over 7 hours. Our room was a dream room! We had a breathtaking view from our beds, at night we could stargaze. Chairs on the patio were perfect to enjoy our morning coffee and evening wine with a good book. We didn’t want our stay to end!
Breakfast was made available at Oscar’s and was scrumptious. Dinners at hotel were 5 star!

It was wonderful ! Would stay here again
Pros:

Location and private balcony out the back of the room. In addition the room was spacious and had good amenities.

Cons:

We were on the third floor. Only access was by staircases. It would be better to have a ramp to roll luggage.

Pros:

back door, patio in our building was nice to enjoy the weather and scenery.

Cons:

No network television on their DirecTV. Volume was only one level. Needed ramp instead of 3 steps to drag a suitcase.

Great location with beautiful views!
Pros:

The room was large, comfortable and clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The Virgin River runs through the property and you can go relax by it in Adirondack chairs. There is a shuttle stop for town right in front of the hotel allowing easy access to town and the park without needing to drive.

We sat on the patio and enjoyed the evenings while watching people play in the pool. The Bus stop is right in front of the motel to Zion Park
