Personel nie mówi po angielsku. Trzy razy pobierano ode mnie "depozyt" w wysokości 100 euro, pomimo że pokazywałem poprzednie paragony - do tej pory nie otrzymałem zwrotu. Kazano mi po sobie sprzątać i zmywać. W pokoju ani brudno ani czysto. Bardzo kiepskie śniadanie.

Bien para una estancia corta
Pros:

La habitación es amplia, con vista a la calle y cómoda con todos los servicios básicos y en funcionamiento. Tiene refrigerador, microondas y una pequeña estufa, además de utensilios. Cuenta con servicio de lavandería.

Cons:

El hotel está muy cerca de la estación de tren pero retirado del centro de Lyon. La zona es muy sola por las noches. La chica rubia que está por las mañanas en recepción no es amigable. Al ser un edificio de departhotel se percibe que no toda la gente está ahí por turismo o negocios sino que hay en realidad viven ahí por más tiempo.

Panne ascenseur, dommage quand la chambre est dans les étages. Mais nous savons aussi que les impondérables existent.
