Not bad at all, I would definitely stay there again. PERFECT LOCATION!

The location is perfect! The amenities are okay, not bad. The front desk staff is pretty cool and friendly. The city view was nice.

Cons:

I hate the elevator setup. You take three elevators just to get to your room. The room was freezing, even though I could control the AC (not necessarily a bad thing).

vale parking and taking down the suitcases was a challenge and not placent the front desk is like is not us is vale parking after vale parking blame the system calling the car is a big hot mess and make customer with car first arrival very unconfrtruble until I call supervisor with he was nice anogth to help me and when down for me to vale and Fixt the problem front desk first person was very reactive like is not hotel fult not out full is a 3rd party with out any guidance or help to traveler like me! supervisor in the other hand was incredible helpful and offers for inconvinince a complementary brackfast I suggest front desk people need to understand better the traveler that come

no hear dryer I ad front desk in the morning to send me one and I got there in afternoon was not I didn't what to go back down or call as I felt like the front desk was not welcoming they always tell you to hold like other costumers are more important then you the front desk need a big time training to be nice and have people skills and hospitality

Cons:

After staying at Marriott properties for many years I was disappointed with how small the room was . Basically Aloft is just a bed and bathroom. I guess this is the new norm.
