Overall wonderful place, will for sure come back again
Pros:

The property is located in a good neighbourhood, with convenient gas station, grocery, liquor store. Close to Canmore and couple of other places. The place is big, clean, and quiet. The unit comes with laundry room, kitchen supplies, TV+movies, and so many other things. The staff is friendly and very helpful, the checkin/checkout is smooth and nice. There’s an outdoor ht tub, BBQ grills and fire pit so there’s lots of things to do.

Cons:

Just only 1 thing, the pool game is not free, $1 per game. I just can’t really understand an expensive resort wants to charge guest for pool.

Our family enjoyed the facilities but there were some incidents that dampened the stay.

Overall the location was good, the hot tub was wonderful, bed was comfy. Furniture was very worn and could use an upgrad
Pros:

The property was clean although there was a smell of exhaust when you first enter. We kept the window open for our entire stay.

Cons:

The kitchen chairs were in terrible condition with the covering peeling off on all four chairs

Other than the hot tub everything was great.
Cons:

The hot tub was closed for maintenance from Saturday afternoon until after we left on Sunday morning. That's a long time to not have a hot tub.

Cons:

Door codes stopped working at checkout time exactly. We were partway through loading our car and had a couple bags left in the room. Could not get back, noone was manning the reception, and no one answered the after hours number. $120 cleaning fee and I am still expected to load the dishwasher and take out the garbage???

Convenient to Nakiska.
Parking in garage was excellent.
Nice size tub.

Cons:

Unit was not clean. Obvious pet hair everywhere. One stove burner out. Turntable in microwave non operable. Dust throughout was thick. Unable to figure out TV.

Perfect place to stay near Banff
Pros:

We love staying here, location is great, beds are so comfortable, it's clean & warm. There is an outdoor spa & secure underground parking.
